High Blood Pressure - Addressing the Root Causes

  • While we are extremely grateful for high blood pressure medicines, which can lower our blood pressure if we are in a crisis, but it is always good to understand the root causes of high blood pressure, and address them to prevent the crisis in the first place.
    There are several reasons for high blood pressure which this video addresses.
    First, we must learn how to keep the arteries (and other physical channels within the body) open. If they shrink down, get clogged or inflamed the blood pressure might go up. The different types of foods which can cause these 3 situations are discussed so you know to avoid them.
    Next, a magnesium deficiency could also cause high blood pressure since it keeps the arteries relaxed and pliable, allowing the arteries to expand when the heart beats the blood, which in turn, keeps the blood pressure down. However, if, due to stress, certain medications, high doses of Vitamin D, fluoride exposure the magnesium flushes out of the body, then calcium can infiltrate into the arterial wall, stiffening it, creating less elasticity in the artery, causing high blood pressure.     Also discussed is the use of the “Queen of Salts,” or Soma salt, which due to its high mineral count and cooling properties (which is very unusual for a salt since most salts heat the blood) is the most highly recommended salt, according to the Charak Samhita, India’s major Ayurvedic reference text. Found in the historic land of Sindh, it has made its way to our patients thanks to the efforts of my teacher and mentor, Vaidya Rama Kant Mishra. Regular table salt will definitely increase the risk of high blood pressure due to its inherent heating quality and the fact that it primarily contains sodium and chloride, unlike Soma Salt, which contains a variety of minerals.
    And finally, it is always recommended that you lose weight if you are overweight, as obesity is another source of high cholesterol.
    It’s extremely important to know all the underlying causes of high blood pressure so you can avoid taking medicines, which we are thankful we have, but they do come riddled with some side effects and toxicity to the body.

      Same here. Everything I'm doing is wrong. Could just not eat, but she say's fasting is not good either.

      Nonsense, there is a good diet to lower bloodpressure.
      Important is to cleanse the liver. It takes time, weeks or months but it wil lower .

    I believe in herbal remedies, such as ashwaganda and berberine. Lately, I'm finding this presenter to be a little out there. Ya gotta eat something.

    I already have good weight, wish you would have revealed the herb instead of gate keeping. I have tried everything including meds, nothing works 😢, and everything mentioned not to eat is what I eat. What am I supposed to eat?????

      I believe electro stress is also a very big contribute so walk barefoot, avoid your divices as much as you can. Go out in nature. And ad potassium citrate .
