That is a cracking collection of pollack Davey - fit healthy fish, eh? I’ve not been up there - looking at Navionics now to shout other marks and and planning a drive up in the coming weeks. Thanks for the inspiration, mate - top lad, top stuff! Stay well, and tight lines. G
get in gary it's a long way but no further than skye really...definitely well worth a trip for sure...I found wick surprisingly poor but rock marks all along the north coast of caithness and sutherland are well worth a look and many are unfished ....enjoy mate and tightlines great to hear from you again 👍
Excellent video dave , glad to see you visiting my place of birth and also that you mentioned wick . Fished around that coastline for years and some brilliant fishing to be done . So proud you made a video out of it and that you were successful in catching some fish . 🐟 tight lines and keep up the excellent content. 🎣🎣🎣🎣
@rwbranger62 brilliant mate loved every moment of it and there is some fabulous fishing to be had....glad you gave me the idea last year...tightlines mate
Great video. The NC500 is a beautiful trip. Went to isle of skye as well. If you have not been that's a nice place to visit. Some fantastic fish. Well done
Thanks for the video.really enjoyed it and all your videos.the time effort and expense that you go to is very much appreciated.hopefully will get up to holburn next week at some point
@admiral66wr really glad you enjoyed the vid and see how much goes into making the adventures....its a love though and I hope it shines through...thanks for the great comment and good fishing to you if you visit...tightlines 😀
You certainly get about dave ,, I've only been up there 1 time on the boat from scrabster and it was head and shoulders above for quality, species ,and amounts of fish,, cheers again 👍🎣
@bertbasset8961 thanks berty yes im making the most of my gardening leave from work over the next month as I'll never get another chance at far off places. glad you enjoyed tightlines mate
what an absolutely fantastic place or should I say area to fish. The possibilities look endless for both lure and bait fishing in what you say is virtually unfished ground. I have heard there are a couple of beaches in that area where Bass show up if the conditions are right which attracts me to have a go. Just to say I caught a Bass at the most Northerly point in the British Isles! But the driving involved! Ohhh!
@gordoncarass2360 haha Gordon go for it yes dunnet beach is good for bass apparently ...if the sun's shining you'll love it...I even seen the northern lights special place...tightlines glad you enjoyed the vid 😀
Some nice Pollock there Davey looks like some nice marks up there have to try it next year some time up Skye my self the other week again had some lovely Pollock keep the good work up and tight lines 👍
Cracking video mate! heading up to the highands myself next month to do a bit fishing, camping and filming. Be a nice change from the local marks. Keep the videos coming. Tight lines

Thanks for taking us to Caithness fishing, the scenery was simply breathtaking, I buy some of my lures , hooks and braid from your vendors competitor Ali , on the whole I think hooks braid and jig heads are bought in bulk from over there and re branded, rip off Britain, Ireland and Europe.
@PaulDavison-ug7ji Great stuff paul.. redgills definitely work best up there and other soft plastics...best advice is pick your mark to suit the weather and take a journey along the road into sutherland...tightlines mate glad you enjoyed 😉 👍

Posting marks... 🙄.. Why...
@highland_sea_fishing54 well known mostly tbh...maybe others would like to enjoy on rare occasions?
@@jarrowvikingsinsaneangling9785 🙄.. That's how marks get rammed with the dregs of society and covered in litter and crap..
