Nice video. Since the scooter hadn’t been started in a few months, I would check and make sure the pilot jet isn’t clogged. That can happen if gas sits in the carburetor for too long. Hope this helps

I just lol with the same bike had a dead battery and worn out spark plug replaced today it is running great try this it should work great
