Funny story:
My dad used to carry my brother through the store before I was born by the back of his shirt, people thought he was abusive but my brother was not phased by it and actually sorta enjoyed it lol
Speaking as somebody who works at a fast food place (Arby's), I know that it does not take long to heat up whatever she ordered. I've had people add full-on sandwiches at the window and we still made sure to be polite to them, so I don't understand why that worker did this when she was very polite about it.
The reason the the Starbucks line is so long is people are not smart enough to ask for their food heated up when they order. Courteous people can go inside and heat it up themselves.
