An unfortunate crash. Sad to see this happen to the championship battle. Gains are small, losses are large.
Actually Valentine Guillod pinched down on him after Seewar nudged him over, both Seewar and Guillod had a wheel on him but it’s just a first turn incident and no one to blame

Yes, It was a trauma
Funny how majority of people handed the title to Jorge after the race 1 and 2 of the year. This is why championships aren't over, until they're over. Is this a broken leg or ankle for Jorge? If so, no title for you this year cross jumping Jorge. Wonder what the injury is, and how long he'll be out.
ask herlings , he knows all about it .. its a long season , no matter how good you have to end it on top .Jorge himslef got a bit cocky already and so his fanbase , hope he is ok .you want all the best riders at the gate
Looks like he caused it
Very sad to see such an accident involving a tight championship contest. I like Jorge but feel he should have slowed down to avoid being pinched like this. He has plenty of speed to pass anybody on the track except Tim so there really is no need to try to win the moto in this turn. That said, I feel bad for Jorge as he is a racer and their instinct is to charge. Championships are more often won by being smart than by just charging…. Charging into a tight turn 3 abreast is just too risky.
