It is even furthered, Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and to the one that seeks, finds, and to the one who knocks the door will be opened. Which one of you would hand his son a stone when he asks for a loaf of bread, or a snake when he asks for a fish? If you then, who are wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good things to those who ask him.
Amen. Pray without ceasing. The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. We can take all of our burdens, fears and worries to the Lord and leave them there. May the Lord bless you all with His grace, peace and mercy. Amen.

I love God and he loves me. He knows what is best for me, and I struggle sometimes with that. At some point I realized he KNEW what was best for me. Tonight I thanked him for all those sweet opportunities with my granddaughter, when I left a job I loved. I was heartbroken and a message on my machine from my granddaughter lifted my spirits. Yes, HE knew what was right for me. Again I say, “thank you, Lord”✝️

Not that we shouldnt pray for wants and needs. This passage is not talking about those types of prayers. Verse 6-8 Jesus clearly sums up this passage as about praying for God's sovreignity in delivering justice - for sins against the elect, those in Christ. Its not about praying over and over again to come up with tution money as spoken of in this video.
