    Cool! Very informative, thank you! Recently installed Lollar P90's in my Epi Casino (with bone nut, new wiring etc) and it's a fab, jingly, jangly dream - accessing my inner Beatle :) Also recently picked up a Gretsch Japanese Made solid body and now very interested in the whole Filtertron story. These look like they might be the ticket for a an Epi DC . . .

    Wow! The last question is it still raining in seattle?- and I laugh and say of course its summer time- BUT that was 20012!! Since then weve had records setting heat and forest fires that are historically bad- 2021 we had record breaking heat in june which is usually rainy- this year has been somewhat cold but the last 7 years or so have been insanely bad with smoke from huge forest fires!

    Sounds nice :)
    My les paul is the 3 humbucker version. Current plan is to put imperials in neck and bridge position. Wire them the 50's way with middle position being neck + bridge and pull the switch up to isolate the middle humbucker... Which will currently be the lollartron.
    Still not sure wether to go for low winds or regular imperials... for led zeppelin style rock/blues. My gut tells me low winds

    Ok, so it's standard size... I really love your pickups Jason but I don't want to route out my white falcon... Will these be available as drop-in (or "clip on"!) replacements for Gretsch guitars?

    Cool info; nice pickups! Anyone ever tell you you look like a young Hearshal from Walking Dead? Really, you do! Cool pickups for rockabilly?

    Thinking of putting a lollartron as a third humbucker in my les paul black beauty... The other 2 will be Imperials...
    Think its a good idea?

    I wonder what these pickups sound like with heavy gain setting. ...oftentimes, a guitar or piece of sound equipment will have a demonstration that illustrates it's use only with a clean or dirty setting , but sometimes not both.

    How does a Low Wind Imperial set compare to a Lollartron set in a hollowbody, (Artcore)?

    hi guys, I bought a Lollartron that I luv on my Fender PawnShop. what is the perfect pot to go with it? 250 or 500k ? thx!

    • @LollarPickups
      @LollarPickups  5 лет назад +1

      500k would be the go-to. Though 250k would darken it up a bit, if you find them to be too bright - but I doubt that will be necessary.

      Thanks! I wanted to ask that question as well. I'm planning on buying a G5622T, but they're fitted with Broadtrons which have the standard humbucker size. And I want my first Gretsch to sound like a Gretsch, so I'm thinking about the Lollartrons.
