Jiwoo Kyujin and Haewon dancing levels are very similar but very different in style, you may have seen some dancers ranking haewon as the best dancer in NMIXX since dancing is subjective. Depending on the song and genre 1 will do better than the others, haewon is the most detailed and controlled of the 3, Jiwoo has an insane natural groove and Kyujin is a more complete dancer. Since it's about Haewon I'll explain in case you're interested. Haewon does a lot of marking and dances small most of the time, she isn't willing to compromise the vocals for the dance and she carries this as a bad habit in open-style, this is also the main reason people won't notice her. If you want a generic ranking: Idol-dancing: 1. Haewon (best in her generation probably with chae sisters and sua) 2. Kyujin 3. Jiwoo. Open-style: 1. Jiwoo (by far) 2. Kyujin 3. Haewon (dancing so small is very negative in open style, even if she has the best technique) If you don't understand the difference between idol and open style dancing there is a channel that explains it in her video: "comercial" dance tiers - facts in fiction
@@Legacy_2109 you misunderstood facts in fiction's video. Commercial dancing isn't synonymous with idol dancing. Female idols dance 'commercial' choreography and is what haewon does best in nmixx. She also recently dropped a short mentioning both kyujin and haewon can adapt well to open style choreography and puts all three in the MD tier for open style. So no, jiwoo is not by far the best in open style and if you watch kick it, hot, case 143 and hard carry fancams, haewon technically does the best in practically all of them. She can also dance as big as kyujin (e.g kick it fancam), so what's currently holding her back is a lack of effort/constant marking, not technique.

I've danced quite a lot before but it was always flamenco or traditional dance adjusted for singing, which is very different obviously.
