Thanks man… what a run. The double braver is sick. Expansive shield wasn’t necessary, but I was rolling for it as insurance. Gorgon shield to block Heartless angel is a really nice way to show it off, very slept on skill. I also found it really satisfying to just oneshot the wings with Foxfrost before he could do anything and stagger him during the super-short pressure window in phase 5. And Sephiroth with cometeor is just funny. If only aerith hit him with the jump as a finishing blow.😂😂
This is just amazing. You had a plan for how to deal with EVERYTHING and executed flawlessly across all 6 phases, unreal. It's really awesome seeing what's possible with this game, and in such a stylish manner to boot. Fantastic work!

Man that double braver, like half the comments mentioned it😅. Probably one of the most hype moments in all these runs along with the triple lvl 3 limit. Gorgon shield gets a nice showcase by blocking heartless angel. Bodyguard pulling bahamut to attack red instead of Tifa. I’ve really grown to like that skill over the last few runs. It pulls aggro so attacks change targets when you use it early enough. Characters that can cancel with specific skills are really good with it for no damage. Cloud for counterfire/stance, Red for building vengeance/phantom fang, Yuffie for ninja bazooka/brumal, Tifa for focused strike/synergy dodge, Cait for dodge n dive. You can use it to block with Iron defense too. Very underrated synergy. Bodyguard into counterfire probably my fave. Foxfrost instantly destroying wings. Swiftcast quaga + focused shot to quickly stagger while pressured before heartless angel. Cometeor and jump vs Sephiroth. All so good. I wonder if this is a taste of what to expect with the weapon fights. Random thought but the “body” target that cloud climbs in phase 2, I wonder if that is like a cocoon that Safer Sephiroth will emerge from in part 3.
@ the satisfaction of seeing synchronized moves is immeasurable, I’m fine with whatever happens in part 3 as long as all party members and other great characters get to live to the end 😭

Holy shit. This is probably the most impressive challenge run Ive seen someone do. Completly amazed by this run. Thought it was gonna be segmented due to all the phases but you did it all in one. Amazing work dude. 🎉

So many stylish moments 😁 First I wanna say, your cloud and Aerith vs Sephy is the best duo battle I have seen of that. Very fast but also so stylish and optimized. I really love the way you used arcane ward for cloud to use too. Everything was amazing here, from the Sync bravers with Cloud and Zack, to the insane stylish bahamut team battle. The sephiroth reborn fight with yuffie and red and barret, you even did it without relying on building high pressure bar from the zack fight before. Absolute legend. 😁 I learned a lot here too. Now I know putting on faith and ice ninjutsu and foxfrost with yuffie and red makes the start of that fight so much better. That was amazing 😊 and I also learned, quake builds up so much pressure bar 😮 had no idea Quake was so good for building pressure like that. Amazing run Legend. This deserves all the views it’s getting and I hope more 😁
Thank you legend:) means a lot. it’s almost 1000 strong per day since it dropped. It’ll probably go down some here with the boss rush and time but whatevs. As long as people see it:). Cloud needed the arcane ward for it to work even - the extra cast time kept him safe from sephs attacks with the radiant ward underneath it:). Plan somewhat falls apart if Sephiroth targets Aerith with any of his attacks following the opener besides pierce. Was really the only spot with RNG in the final phase. As I got further through the phases I had to ensure reliability as obviously it’s a long fight😅. Phase 1 and 3 were the least reliable, Where 2,4,5 and 6 were all pretty reliable. Staggering with Zack helped reliability so I had to give red the Swiftcast to help swiftly stagger reborn at phase 5. Quaga seems to be the best choice for stagger against non-pressured opponents, which also helped greatly against bahamut. I could be wrong, but I think it has higher stagger rate than ice when the enemy isn’t pressured, and seems the same as ice against pressured targets. As for foxfrost, yeah that thing is crazy strong. Also needed magic damage gear and Berserk to get enough damage to oneshot the wings. Also, watching Zack sit there and charge while cloud distracts and counters Sephiroth reminds me so much of DBZ with Goku charging the spirit bomb😂
Gorgon shield grants s through pretty much anything. But only for 1 attack. Then it leaves a shield up after for a couple seconds that blocks 1 ranged attack

Using Quaga to stagger is brilliant, I always struggled to stagger him before Heartless Angel. The question is, where do you go from here?

@@2052bradlet’s take the beginning of the video for an example, do you simply just press R1 in perfect timing while in punisher mode to perfectly parry the physical attack? Cause when I was finishing my hard mode play through, I perfect parried the first time but would still receive small damage.
@ well first thing, is that if it’s not perfectly timed within a few frames, it’s not a perfect parry and is a standard block. Which results in smaller chip damage. Precision defense gives extra frames to the perfect block to make it easier to achieve. First attack is parried by switching to punisher with perfect block timing, while the rest of the combo is parried by tapping block at the right moment.
Specifically this one was maybe two to three times more practice than most other bosses. Wasn’t as bad as I expected. Overall though I have tons of practice between both games
