depends on how far you go (goes all the way to circle)but for what we rode a tank full is enough my grandson did it on a xr80 with a 1 and half gallon tank,,man it just goes on forever we have been wanting to ride the entire trail (would probably take days and lot's of gas) thanks for watching and I hope you have fun out there (ride safe bro)
