My personal favorite is Chuck Schuldiner. I think he is underrated as a vocalist. I just love the way he delivers his lyrics; most of the time i don't have to look up death lyrics because he sings them in a very decipherable way, despite the nature of death metal vocals being otherwise.
And the fact that he has changed his vocal style many times throughout his career and actually going higher as he got older just makes him more bad ass!🤘🏻
    RIP🖤
EDIT: And also... he freaking pioneered death metal! he was one of the first if not the first person to do death metal vocals.

Chuck is way up there for me. His vocals are so clear. Also, his style on the guitar is very unique. The riffs are constantly changing, but it's the harmonies that he does. Like Iron Maiden has a signature harmony style, Chuck has his own style.

IMO Chris Barnes was the better vocalist in Cannibal Corpse, not very impressed with George Fisher. Nowadays Chris Barnes is terrible but did sound amazing until around 10 years ago. Then again I'm quite old too and got into all these bands in the 1980s, my favourites at the time were exactly as your list and I got to see most of them live here in Yorkshire England at Bradford Queens hall, the only place who had death metal gigs close by. Did see Pestilence and Malevolent Creation at a small pub in Sheffield though around the late 80s, early 90s.
Other bands I got to see were Napalm Death, Cancer (supporting Deicide, amazing night) Carcass and many others. Can't forget Entombed and Dismember, but never got to see them live, just had to mention them. I also really got into Exhorder and Death Angel, so many great bands at the time.

His low tone and volume are amazing and he has the clearest enunciation of any Death metal vocalist I've ever heard. Second and third place, frequently shifting around depending on my mood, are taken by Opeth's Mikael Akerfeldt and Amorphis' Tomi Joutsen.

Seems like it would make more sense if they just titled the video “Favourite metal vocalists” so she doesn’t have to keep acknowledging that the people aren’t technically death metal singers.

Chris Barnes? John Tardy? No Death Metal Vocalists lists without these two.

Simon Olsen from Danish band Baest is an amazing singer. His growls are so amazing.

Would love to see a industrial metal list :) Fear Factory would be somewhere on my list.

jesus fuck you kids bore me. Godflesh would be number one, Dead World, Skrew (members of Nin and Zombie), and Crawl. THAT is industrial metal, not some goth shit.

Good picks I personally agree with alot of them. My personal fav metal vocalists are Corey Taylor, Howard Jones, Tim from as I lay dying (I don't know how to spell his last name) Chino Moreno and Cory Brandon Putman from Norma jean.

He might not have reached GOAT status yet, but Lorna Shore's Will Ramos is incredible too. Sounds just like the studio live, and the range and emotion he brings with him is incredible.

Lorna Shore is deathcore. Ramos doesn't belong in the discussion.
