    Hi guys
    Great video as always.
    I have the same set of clamps and find warming the resin in hot ( not boiling) water makes them easier to cut from the backing plate. As already mentioned in the comments it is easier to cut the handle of the tool, slide the clamp on and reglue the tool back together.

    Hi Dave .. I have done those 3d clamps the same way you did (cutting them to add to the axe), but then I found it easier to cut the plastic tool handle .. slip the clamp on and then glue the handle back together .. Just a thought.

    I agree with Harvey! I stopped doing IPMS years ago as I kept seeing basic Tamiya out of the box models win while highly complex models lost due to “basic construction”! Of course putting together 40 parts vs 800 is a huge advantage!

    It will not be easier to cut the shaft of the ax in the place where you put the clamps, instead cut this clamp ?, the place of joining will not be visible, I mean 38:57
