Battling cancer and multiple autoimmune diseases has left me being frequently admitted to the hospital so I always carry a bag with me since I never know when it's going to happen. I have comfy leggings, tank tops, a light robe (I cant stand hospital gowns, Im almost always able to wear my own clothes) also I have comfy non slip socks , and slippers. If I'm home beforehand, I take my favorite pillow and blanket (or my family brings it for me). I have my own hygiene products for showers, etc. I have a book to read, my Kindle Fire tablet, ear buds, smart phone (chargers are important), a pack of playing cards, my journal, pens, a couple cute hats/scarves to keep my bald head warm, and latest medication list, appointment schedules, etc. I feel a lot of comfort knowing I have everything I need with me. Although last weekend, I slept most of the three days I was admitted and didnt do a lot of reading or watching anything. I am praying for you Amy. I pray that your recovery goes as smoothly as possible, and please dont worry about posting, take care of yourself first. Blessings Be 💕
I have a hospital bag that hangs out fully stocked in the back of my closet until I need it. It's fairly similar: phone charger, headphones, pj's, clothes, washbag. I've also got some change for the car park/vending machines, an eye mask and earplugs, a couple of rolls of tape that I know I don't react to, and some snacks
Hope your recovery is going well. Weird thing about me I am a ER Registered Nurse and my family name going up was Foley so you can just imagine how much fun that was until I married and became a Petersen. Rest up and heal quick so we can see you vlogging again and Toms things that make you go Hummmmmm❤️❤️ From Minnesota US.
In america and Canada what you have we would call a comforter. A duvet is a very big heavy blanket. And quilt is a light small blanket made by patches of fabric :) I hope this helped :)
Such a nice pillow and comforter (duvet). Love the color, purple is my favorite color. Hope you are doing well after your surgery. I have been thinking about you. Take it easy and rest, heal and don't worry about us. It is more important to take care of yourself.
I just got out of hospital after a three week admission and I took in a duvet and also put a mattress protector on the bed and it literally changed the whole experience
I hope you are well! You have been in my prayers! And to answer your question, I have never stayed the night in the hospital before, but if I were to go there, I would probably take some clothes/ pajamas (obviously), my laptop and phone, a blanket and pillow, my favorite stuffed animal, hygiene products, and maybe a snack or something. Once again, I really hope you are well and I think that you are so brave and such a strong person! I could never go what you have to go through, and the fact that you are so strong and optimistic despite having to go through so much is very admirable.
I just wanted to tell you I'm glad I found your channel. I've been really with chronic illness my whole life, and it just keeps getting worse. I live in a rural area(USA), so my access to health care has been fairly limited until recently. And while I received a diagnosis of lupus 10 years ago, I've been feeling like I was missing a huge piece of the puzzle. Then I found you! My physical therapists have brought up EDS several times over the years, but instead of talking to a Dr, or referring me, they just call me loosey goosey and process me through as quickly as possible(except my last OT, she's cool). Because of your videos and how I see all your symptoms fit together, I'm pushing for better diagnosis and treatment. I love watching how you've come through even the hard stuff with a smile on your face(when realistic), and a sparkle in your eye. It makes me feel horrible for how I'm living now(nothing ever gets done because I always feel horrid), but it also gives me hope that I'll be able to get the right treatment to help with my problems!
Amy, you're a beautiful person, we're here for you always and forever. Just please take care of yourself. I'm sure a lot of your RUclips family understands that you can't post right away. With that being said, you're our superhero! 💖💖♥️♥️🙂Love you
I always take a hair tie or hair clip to keep my hair out of my eyes, long t-shirt style pajamas for comfort and ease of wear, warm fluffy socks, a book or two, downloaded podcasts on my phone, warm blanket, slippers or shoes I can just slip on, headphones, chargers, toiletries, eye drops because my eyes dry out more easily, regular meds and supplies (especially catheters because I’m allergic to latex and most hospitals only seem to have latex ones), small foldable tv tray because the table the hospital has never fits properly around the bed itself, baby wipes to keep myself feeling fresh until I can take a bath, (I don’t like strangers trying to give me a bath) and a little teddy bear my cousin made for me years ago.
One thing I cannot live without when I am an inpatient is my SleepPhones. They are a soft headband but are also headphones. I can pull them over my eyes to shut out the noisy bright hospital, too. They are a lifesaver.
Got the call this afternoon that I’m having first formal hospital admission. It could be a day or a few weeks, no one was able to tell me. Amy’s RUclips was my instinctive response.
Hope you are doing well and my must have for going to the hospital usually I only have to go in for a night or two at most is my tablet with shows downloaded, one of my husband's shirts if he cant be there my late bestfriends sweater and my comfort blanket I've had for over 10 years, I have had lots of bad experiences at hospital so I need all those things to comfort me with my bad anxiety
I hope you are feeling better soon! I love that you have The Frey Life jumper, so sweet of you to support other people with all that you go through yourself! You are so inspiring!! Thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery!
My must have for the hospital is my pillow and blanket and my teddy bear he even has a doctor's outfit and scrubs to wear. But comfy clothes to lay around I and sleep in... if it is just a quick stay I try to pack less but if I'm going to be there for awhile I make sure I have books, laptop, chargers, phone stuff to draw with. Anything g to keep me from going crazy... people always laugh at me cause I look like o am moving in or going on a long vacation with all that I pack... I am very happy to see on your IG that you have been good a d have gone home from the hospital... sending you lots of hugs and love from Oregon....
I always like to have my own tea. I enjoy a lot of teas aside from plain old black tea (which is all the hospitals have in my area) and I even sometimes like to just smell the tea bags that are for nausea when I'm particularly nauseous. I also like to take my own chicken broth as I don't like the kind the hospital has. Melatonin, I use a specific dissolvable type. My Roku, the hospitals in my area have TVs, so it's nice to plug in and stream. My salt lamp for comfort/night light. Crossword puzzle & word search books. Warmies stuffed animals which were gifted to me in the hospital. They smell have lavendar in them and can be warmed up. Slippers. Body hygiene wipes in case I want to freshen up and am too sick to shower. Something I wish I'd had is an eye mask for sleeping for when the nurses come in and need the light on.
We all love you so much ❤️ and I hope you have a speedy recovery! I know you also have trouble healing, I do too. Just try to relax and get lots of rest. We will be here when you're ready. 😘
Sending you well wishes! I appreciate your videos so much. I'm having hip surgery in 2-months, these videos will help me greatly. My last surgery was a rough hospital stay with complications, so I'm not sure what to expect this time. I always like to bring something crafty. I've recently been into wire wrapping jewelry, so might bring that. Always a good book too! Again, I'm praying for your recovery. 🌻
When I had my RPAO I brought a pillow, blanket, headphones, chargers, earbuds, a tablet, clothes, and stuff like tooth paste, deodorant, ponytail holders, and a brush. I was so wiped out after surgery, between the epidural not working and having difficulty switching to oral pain meds. I didn't end up using half of what I brought, I just slept😂😂 I'm glad everything went well!! I hope recovery goes well! You can do this!! #PAOWARRIOR ❤💪🏼
I've only been in hospital to have my babies. The only thing for myself that I packed was brand new comfy knickers as after having a baby literally everything down hurts and all you want is comfy undies. I did pack other stuff but comfy undies and pjs are a must for me
Between Mid Feb and May this year, I have had 3 surgeries. My essentials included throat lozenges, for the day 1-3 super sore throat from the intubation tube, lip balm as my lips get super dry and crack while under anaesthetic, and a drink cup with lid and hard straw, so I can tip the cup toward me without lifting my body up and twisting or straining the surgery site, or spilling.
I take lounge cloths, shorts, tee shirts, hoodies , long pants etc. My body care, like face stuff, body stuff and hair stuff. My phone and charger. A few books and headphones. I genuinely don’t need much else
Whenever I’m admitted for one reason or another I make sure to always bring my chargers for things, my iPod, and my wallet as well as either a Blu-ray player and stuff to watch with it or a Roku (or both if I remember) to pass the time since my admissions are usually on the longer side. Honestly half the time I forget my phone though and I have to have someone go to my house and get it 😅 I’m actually in the hospital right now funny enough, although the length of time I’ve been here is kinda extreme. I was at one hospital for about 10 months and then I was transferred to where I am now so all in all I have been a admitted about a year and a half straight now. Hopefully I’ll get to go home soon, but there’s always something that comes up it seems. Best of luck to you on your road to recovery 🙂
Sometimes pillows are hard to get in the hospital here in the states. You get one, but sometimes they are awful, too thin and uncomfortable. Great idea to bring your own. Is much easier to sleep with your own pillow😊
I hope you are healing. When you mentioned what the orthopaedic surgery is, I was shocked. Praying you don't get any complications from being on so much bed rest.
I love my hospital bag cause it's usually packed or at least know exactly where everything is that I take; such as 1 pair of PJ's, change of pants if it's a cold season and other personal clothing (I can't change my top when it's a scheduled stay cause I'm hooked to a EEG machine for a week). I would pack my bathroom bag, dressing gown, iPad, chargers, the meds I take (even though they take them away and don't use them), book, and now my weighted blanket. But if it's an ED admission it's essentially the same just I tell my mum what to bring and what bag cause she sometimes packs clothes I'm not allowed to wear cause they make my wear a gown incase of CT's and MRI's. I have no idea what you go through cause I have epilepsy that is kind of out of control at the moment but I do wish you all the best with future visits xx
I take basically the same things as you. And you are amazing I just got a bad illness but not as bad as yours and you are really helping, showing me it’s ok to be different. So thank you so Much
Hoping you’re recovering well and taking it day by day and that it’s getting easier 💕 sending love and speedy recovery vibes! I loved the gray PA matching pj/jogger set. Looked super comfy. I have a hospital bag that’s already packed with essentials at all times because of previous hospital admissions etc. (in the car) it gets changed out/updated once a month. It has a small pillow (soft pillowcase w/lavender spray) a blanket, 2 sets of easy loose pjs, 4 x socks, 4 x undies, 2 soft bralettes and then just a pair of leggings, T-shirt, a hoodie & slippers. (Basic toiletries-Tooth brush, tooth paste, hand sanitizer, tiny bottles of shampoo & conditioner, body wash & sponge thing, dry shampoo, hair ties, head band, hair brush, deodorant, moisturizer & lip balm.) some mints, hard candy to suck on when nauseous or when I just need to taste something! 2 books, headphones & chargers (an extension cord) . A print out of my medical stuff. (Current meds, Drs, diagnosis, allergies etc) and about a weeks worth of meds that I know hospital usually doesn’t have. Oh and a small heating pad & 2 gel cooling packs. Take your time to heal. Please don’t be worrying about updates! That’s what insta is for! Love the bear. Super cute! 💕 (mine gets grabbed by partner as it’s always in my bed) - all the love! 💜
Where is the sleep eye coverage? I just cannot handle the 4:30 bloods where the tech must turn the overhead light on. I go from zero to witch in less than 5 seconds. Super glad you are home. I pray you are healing. Take is slow. How is Tom doing? 💪 💛
New subscriber! Thank you for sharing your life with us. 🙌 I’m totally taking notes on what you pack. I always have a small backpack with essentials ready when I go to every appointment, since I just never know when my dr will send me to the ER or to be admitted. Spoonie life, am I right? 🤦🏻♀️ Lol I use all of my extra/unused lab draw bags & the bags that all of my home health care iv supplies/meds are mailed in. So nice to use for packing meds into or flushes/etc. Yay for repurposing, love that! 🤗 Such a smart thing to share about packing your meds. Prior to being sick or having surgery I wouldn’t have even thought to pack my usual daily meds. I’ve ran into situations where the hospital pharmacy didn’t have a med that I take on hand, which is no fun! My husband had to make the long drive home to go pick it up. Or the hospital would order it in, which can take days. Thank Thanks again for sharing your life & always keeping it real. I also post chronic illness vlogs & uploads of life with my hubby and son! I love this community & how supportive it is. I’ve loved reading all of the nice comments on your videos & thought it was time that I left one of my own! 🙂♥️
Hope recovery is going well! I really just bring phone, laptop, iPad, chargers, neck pillow(s) that I use both day and night, some undies and one change of clothes to wear as I go back home if I can’t or don’t want to wear the same clothes I went in with. Earphones is another must of course... Funnily enough, last time I was in hospital, which is almost 6 years ago now (hysterectomy) I only really used my phone and didn’t take my laptop out of the bag even. I was using my phone for social media and other than that just rested and watched tv and tried to do some crosswords as I did bring a crossword magazine too. Hygiene wise I only bring toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush and maybe shampoo and shower gel, though here at least they do have the latter in the hospital so I only really bring it to use my own, especially with shampoo as my hair can be a bit picky and becomes a mess if I use a brand or type that it doesn’t like. I really try to bring as little as possible if going to hospital, while admitted I tend to stay in the hospital clothes as they’re very comfy here both for day and night. More like a very soft and comfy button up nightshirt rather than a gown, and there’s also button up T-shirts and very soft and comfy sweatpants so I just don’t see a reason to pack a ton of my own clothes when I can just be all comfy in the hospital clothes while admitted. I don’t bring much creams and lotions and such as I don’t use it much to begin with, and I definitely don’t bring makeup as I hardly ever use it at home even (only really on special occasions) but a lip balm is always good to bring so I tend to have that at least. Medicine wise I bring my patches, the Tegaderm to cover the patch and I bring my asthma inhaler(s). I know that with things like post op pain it’s better to just let the hospital deal with that so I don’t bring my as needed painkillers as those are of better use at home so I don’t have to renew my prescription as soon, it is the hospitals duty to deal with pain management post op anyways so that’s not something I should have to use my normal medicines for. I also don’t bring things like Imodium or stool softeners or what have you as that’s another thing that the hospital may want to keep track on if and how much a patient has needed it, so then it’s better to have it provided by the hospital so it gets registered properly.
I have the same teddy bear, I bought it in Switzerland. Mine is a little bit bigger and has a white tshirt that says love. I also wanted to tell you that I've been binge watching all your videos and I think you are so brave for everything that you've been through, I love you so much. YOU ARE MY FAVORITE RUclipsR BY FAR. kisses from Argentina ❤❤🇦🇷
Ms. Amy, I hope you are doing well and feeling better everyday. Unfortunately I usually end up going to the hospital with nothing in my hands because my issues are having to do with my mental health. So I don't usually have the mindset to think any further than the next few minutes.. sadly.. But it would be great to have the preparation that you do and to have everything at hand. I hope you are getting good care at home and healing well. All my love to you and Tom!!😘❤️🌸
Lip balm or lip Vaseline is a must, especially when fasting and or limited to fluids after surgery. I have just past surgery number 48. I've given up taking make-up into hospital. In most cases I never use everything I pack. Taking your own pillow and a soft, light, throw rug is a must. I have given up taking casual, lounging clothes in with me. I always end up staying in my sleepwear. Did you include a travel hair dryer? I usually stay in a hospital gown until I have my first shower. Especially when it comes to drains and catheter.
I have home going clothes (I use hospital clothes on ward, I don't like having a bag full of laundry when I get home), a big bag with ostomy supplies, dressings, catheter supplies. Medicine for 2 weeks, a bag with soap, deodorant, toothbrush and things. Mobile phone and charger, ebook reader, braces for feets, hands, fingers and neck. And 2 small pillows.. I have everything packed so if my body tries to kill me I don't need to use energy to get all things together.
Thank you Amy, you gave me some good ideas when I pack my hospital bag! My problem is usually the same, I wait too long to pack so I forget stuff I really need. So I have to ask my husband to get for me but he ends up being confused and brings the wrong thing...lol So, not just a video because we are nosy, but a video that actually helps the next person. Thank you!
I like this kind of videos, I have had two surgerys but I never brought many things because I stayed for hours in one and in the other just one night. You look very pretty in these two last videos, I love your highlight. I really like your style, your clothes and makeup, I know that people want to see medical videos but I hope someday you can make more fashion videos. I would love clothing hauls, makeup tutorials and if you can a house, room and closet tour, and if Tom agrees you could do a boyfriend tag? I would like to know your story, how you two met, first dates and how you told him about your chronic illnesess and his reaction, etc. I hope you’re doing better, you’re one of my favorites youtubers but I can wait all the time you need, the most important thing is your recovery, so be patient that we are not going anywhere. A big hug 🤗. PS: I loved your new headers? on both of your channels (I don’t know if it’s called like that on youtube hahaha)
So glad surgery is over for you. Hope your recovery is going ok. When I go to hospital I have to take a puzzle book, pencil, sharpener and a rubber. I get bored so easily so have to keep my mind busy. Lot of love to you ❤
1. Frank (my wolf puppet my dad gave me when I was 4) 2. My pillow 3. One of my essential oils 4. My computer and/or my iPad 5. Phone and charger 6. A notebook and markers 7. Whatever book I’m reading at the moment That’s usually all that I bring. Not allowed to bring any of my home medications in case the hospital can’t prescribe one of mine or they will confiscate it. I’ve gotten into so much trouble before for doing just that.
I have VACteRl. It is a rare medical condition. You seem so positive about your life style and what you deal with. I am just a teenager who had 9-10 surgery's already. I am getting an other one in August. I love your videos and how you cope with your medical problems. I hope your surgery went well. I think you are a good inspiration. Love your videos
I take my crocheting with me but thank God I haven’t been to hospital in 28 years. I am expecting a hospital stay in a few months so your suggestions were great thanks.
Hi lovely, hope you're doing well after your op? I was wondering what the name of your heat blanket is please? I have fibro & think it might be really good for some of my pain. I might try n find the video where you showed the red one too so I can see if it would be any good for me x
HI! im new to your channel and totally inlove with your video! I first watched your daily medical routine and was just wowed at how much you have to do. How long does taking all your meds usually take? How do you manage a regular day or going out to do things with so much medicine to take all the time?
i call it a duvet cover but part of my family is from the uk so that’s where i got it from, people sometimes get confused here so they might say something else here in america
Your health, happiness n rest is all that matters!! Lotion, tooth brush/toothpaste, baby wipes, hand sanitizer, yes definitely extra meds, cash for vending machines, extra clothes, bottled water bc it seems like there's never enough! Cough drops bc the air in hospitals is always so dry!!😁😘
I’m 22 and I have quite a few chronic illnesses (none as severe as yours however). I have stage 4 hypertension that runs normally at 160/100 (normal is around 120/60) and chronic tachycardia where my heart rate regular rests at about 140bpm (normal is 60-80bpm) which is a type of heart arrhythmia. These two things alone make me feel terrible when they’re high (I am on medicine though that keeps them within a safe range) and I get terrible sweats and migraines and I get super out of breath and feel like I’m gonna pass out. On top of that I have generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and depression, as well as being borderline agoraphobic (meaning I’m terrified to leave the house). Anyways I’m currently on two meds for my heart, 3 for my mental health and birth control. I have a pill organizer almost identical to yours that my grandma got me for free through their insurance and it helps me stay organized so much better! No more forgetting if I’ve taken my meds yet and as you can probably guess either missing or doubling up on heart meds is really terrible so it’s important I remember when I’ve taken something and how much I’ve taken!
I am happy that you are home from the hospital. I hope you recovery is fast and not to painful... Also what kind of drainage bags do you use. I have been trying to get some but my home health company sucks and don't know what I'm talking about unless I have the manufacturer's and the item number...
It's fascinating to me to see regular clothes being packed for a hospital stay. Typically here, in Oregon USA, I only see people in those ugly hospital gowns if they've been admitted. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks back in April and had to stay in the gowns the whole time. I had to have emergency surgery while I was there and they were able to take me right down without me having to change clothes. I think that's probably why it's done. Anyway... This is a random babble, sorry haha.
I really love how you stay so happy and strong but how do you do it I have A heart condition and anxiety and I always feel like they are weighing me down. Do you have any tips? -caity
I have every little reality check is the fact is I’ve been in the hospital before and they do not except have that much equipment or clothing in the hospital hospital unless you were in there for at least a month
Weird question, but what size duvet do you take to a hospital? I have an admission coming up but dont know whether I should get a single quilt cheap from Kmart or just take one of my queen size ones from my bed. Dont want to be too cramped in the itty bitty hospital beds
I'm so confused if you are british or australian! 😂 In your information it says Australia but you sound british (to me it does, but sometimes I can't tell)
Whenever i go for my ivig transfusions its in a outpatient day clinic i usually take my laptop, laptop charger, DVD holder that has all my movies and tv shows, DVDs in their actual case since my dvd holder is full i have the first 2 seasons of House md and all three seasons of chicago med i also take my extension cord and some snacks since my ivig transfusions last all day starting from early morning to early/late evening but mine usually take longer since i have to have a antihistamine half an hour before my transfusion starts because i'm allergic to ivig then they have to start with a low infusion rate and then build it up slowly till its at a normal infusion rate and then after the ivig transfusion i have to have a saline flush through my iv so any medicine thats might still be there gets flushed then i have to wait 15 minutes to half an hour with my iv still in but its disconnected from the iv line so its just the iv then the nurse takes the iv out does a final set of obs and if their ok i can go home
I know you’ve had your surgery and I hope you’ve been released to heal up at home now. Sending lots of love and healing thoughts your way. How are you feeling?

Petersen i have a doctor who’s last name is Tinkle.
Real. Life.
he works mostly with pediatric patients. so i’m sure it’s a good ice breaker.
Bumpy Back Roads every once in a while I happen to work with Dr Flowe, so we tag team the pee problems together🤣🤣🤣
Y’all are killing me! 😂
I had a dentist well a dental surgeon who was named Dr Payne... like it was a cruel joke he even became a dentist lmao
You're such a huge inspiration Amy! I love your videos. I'm praying for you for that quick healing process with your hip. Love you! ❤
In america and Canada what you have we would call a comforter. A duvet is a very big heavy blanket. And quilt is a light small blanket made by patches of fabric :) I hope this helped :)
Hope you're doing well at home now. These kind of surguries are hard to deal with but so worth it. Lots of love
Hope all goes well with the surgery and that you have a speedy recovery! 💕💕
I Love "Call the Midwife"....I have watched all 8 seasons....I'm more of a TV gal than book gal.
The books go into more detail. I love both the show and books.

Aw the Teddy Tom story is so cute 🥰 & I may be having another surgery, so I’m taking notes from this video aha, got to be prepared! 😂

Love the frey life jumper!
So good to see you again, Amy! Hope your're feeling better now. You are so strong and so brave. Lots of love and hugs from Norway.
Omg amy! I love your hightligth, it looks so good in you!
I did pack other stuff but comfy undies and pjs are a must for me
RIP dear :(
Between Mid Feb and May this year, I have had 3 surgeries.
I have to have entertainment ( music!, movies, book). Then the usual stuff. I couldn’t survive in hospital without my music, helps me relax.
Hope you are doing well and having an easy recovery! Can i just say that your hair is growing SOOO fast! Your hair is so long already
Jessica Gula aww thank you so much! Xx
Love Call the Midwife so so much - hope you enjoy it too. Good luck with all your surgeries and your hospital stay. Sending best wishes from England x
I take lounge cloths, shorts, tee shirts, hoodies , long pants etc. My body care, like face stuff, body stuff and hair stuff. My phone and charger. A few books and headphones. I genuinely don’t need much else
Your voice is so calming to me. Best wishes for quick and uncomplicated healing for you. much love 💜💜
so inspired by your unwavering strength ! hoping you peace love and joy down the recovery road !
So interesting to hear what you brought to the hospital
Plus home again now ❤️❤️❤️
My essentials are PJ's, iPad, earphones and comfort blanket.
we use the same pill box! thats my weekly pill box i use so i dont forget anything lol
In the US it's called a comfter. A quilt is one that is quilted. A duvet is one that basically is a comfter shoved into a cover lol
Comforter
A duvet is like a giant pillowcase that covers the entire comforter. You wash the duvet and you don't have to wash the comforter as often.
@@bonkers5416 thanks. Didn't realise until now autocorrect got me
hope your recovering well, love ya girl
Hope you are recovering well! 💖
I always bring my pillow and meds Just in case. Pluss you always sleep better with ur own pillow I find!
I have no idea what you go through cause I have epilepsy that is kind of out of control at the moment but I do wish you all the best with future visits xx
hope you're feeling better!
Always my phone and charger
Hair brush and hair tie.
Feel well soon ❤️
I take basically the same things as you. And you are amazing I just got a bad illness but not as bad as yours and you are really helping, showing me it’s ok to be different. So thank you so Much
I hope everything is going well and your hip is doing great and the pain is manageable💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 teddy Tom is super cute
Liz Verde i think its weird that hospitals dont have little eyemasks? for super early procedures like im trying to sleep smh
New subscriber! Thank you for sharing your life with us. 🙌
I’m totally taking notes on what you pack. I always have a small backpack with essentials ready when I go to every appointment, since I just never know when my dr will send me to the ER or to be admitted. Spoonie life, am I right? 🤦🏻♀️ Lol
I use all of my extra/unused lab draw bags & the bags that all of my home health care iv supplies/meds are mailed in. So nice to use for packing meds into or flushes/etc. Yay for repurposing, love that! 🤗
Such a smart thing to share about packing your meds. Thank
Thanks again for sharing your life & always keeping it real.
I always take my bullet journal/ planner and pens with me in my hospital or procedure bag. God bless and healing prayers being sent
I almost forgot you have eds.
Take lots of care and take your time dear, you deserve it so much!!!! We will be here with you always
Thank you!
This is a lovely video. Sending you love and healing
Lot of love to you ❤
Hope everything goes well in hospital for you, xx
When I go around I have to make sure I take breaks and bring pain killers. Because of foot, back and hand issues, many things are harder.
Miss seeing you. Hope you are doing good. Oh and in Canada, we call them duvet or comforters.
1. Frank (my wolf puppet my dad gave me when I was 4)
2. My pillow
3. One of my essential oils
4. My computer and/or my iPad
5. Phone and charger
6. A notebook and markers
7. Whatever book I’m reading at the moment
That’s usually all that I bring.
Lip balm & hand cream for sure! xxx
i call it a duvet cover but part of my family is from the uk so that’s where i got it from, people sometimes get confused here so they might say something else here in america
I love Teddy Tom!! So sweet. ❤️❤️❤️
Hope you are feeling better. I love your posts! You and Tom are the cutest! ❤️❤️❤️
I spend a lot of time in hospitals and i keep an emergency bag that has 4 days of clothing and hygiene supplies
Hoping everything’s gone to plan. Be well sweetie xxxxxxxx
Where did you get the bedding? I'm in love with it and can't find it on google :P
I hope your feeling better!!!! We love you!!!! ♥️♥️♥️
Hi Amy hope your recovering well and I'm looking forward to a update when you feel yourself again hugs and kisses to you
I am happy that you are home from the hospital. I hope you recovery is fast and not to painful...
Also what kind of drainage bags do you use. I have been trying to get some but my home health company sucks and don't know what I'm talking about unless I have the manufacturer's and the item number...
Ollie Dog, The Frey Life T-shirt. What else could you possibly need?😂
In Australia we call it in a doona
Guessing you are home now and resting.
Hope all went well and will be praying for you x
I really love how you stay so happy and strong but how do you do it I have A heart condition and anxiety and I always feel like they are weighing me down. Do you have any tips?
-caity
I have every little reality check is the fact is I’ve been in the hospital before and they do not except have that much equipment or clothing in the hospital hospital unless you were in there for at least a month
Did you get your lashes done? They look gorgeous ❤ hope you are healing well
Weird question, but what size duvet do you take to a hospital? I have an admission coming up but dont know whether I should get a single quilt cheap from Kmart or just take one of my queen size ones from my bed. Dont want to be too cramped in the itty bitty hospital beds
You are doing great. Go over the speed bump slowly and get better quickly ❤️💜❤️💜
My prayers are always with you. This too will pass and you will come out triumphant in the other side xoxo 😘
I love your videos✨you soo inspiration👌Wish you all the best love💞✨
That the biggest pill box I seen.
We have the same pill container! 😂❤
I'm so confused if you are british or australian! 😂 In your information it says Australia but you sound british (to me it does, but sometimes I can't tell)
She's both hahaha
She was born in the UK.
But lives in Australia
