In about 3 months I was able to 1cc the game on hard and now I'm currently trying to 1cc PCB on hard. Youmu sucks. But thanks for getting me into Touhou, Nyx.

Apparently Doremy Sweet is a fan of Suda51, because I had a dream a couple nights ago where Travis Touchdown (No More Heroes) ended up in a ranking fight against Eirin Yagokoro. It played out like a stage from the sequel game. The stage before the fight had Travis travel to an Akashic Point on his Schpeltiger and got transported to the Bamboo Forest of the Lost's entrance. He would ram through fairies and rabbits for the duration of the trail until he got to Eientei. There, the flashback to Sylvia's call would happen. She'd elude to Eirin as "the everlasting doctor of the cosmos," reference the events of Imperishable Night, and make a quick nod to the effects of the Hourai Elixir and the suffering that immortality brings before cutting herself off and saying "Forgive me; I'm just spouting off a conspiracy. ...Right?" Then the traditional stage would play out. Various enemies would be other rabbit soldiers from the Lunar Wars, with Tewi, Reisen, and Kaguya even being minibosses (he killed Kaguya, but the rabbits managed to escape). The save toilet was a bidet right outside Eirin's office. The intro cutscene detailed Eirin explaining to Travis that his assassination gig wasn't entirely Black-and-White as he thinks and both sides have a point. He initially brushes it off, but Eirin tells him "Don't say I didn't warn you; that's what happened to our own UAA champion." (this takes place right before Ryuji's fight). Travis is unnerved, but still goes in for the kill, only to get blindsided by a small barrage of danmaku and shot out a window. He hangs on and climbs back up as Eirin fires another round, to which he slices through on par with Youmu's skill. She's impressed, cue the fight. Her first phase of the boss fight had some basic danmaku that could be dodged or blocked. After the first Death Blow, some of Eientei would be destroyed, and she pulled out her bow and arrows. They charged up a while, but were hard to dodge, couldn't be blocked, and did massive damage if they hit. After the second Death Blow, the roof would completely give out and her final phase involved pulling Travis into a huge space-themed pocket dimension and force him to survive a barrage of spell cards in a random order. Getting the final hit in would have Travis maxing out his beam katana to full power, going into a slashing frenzy as he slowly makes his way to her, and then using some shock waves of a huge blast to propel himself into the air and land on her, impaling her with the katana via the final Death Blow. After they land, they get back up. Eirin tries to fire another arrow, but Travis is too fast and he cuts her head off, and diced her up into sushi at the end (like Cloe Walsh's execution, but much more erratic). Kaguya, Reisen, and Tewi (the rabbits being bandaged up) manage to congratulate him. He's stunned that Kaguya survived, and she points to Eirin respawning due to being the creator of the Hourai Elixir. Sylvia appears to offer him the ranking anyways due to UAA loopholes. Reimu and Yukari then bust in dragging Mokou by her foot, explaining she was the one who registered the fight. She gets slapped, and Yukari opens a gap while Reimu throws Travis in, back to Santa Destroy. Sylvia just calmly walks out, and Mokou says "totally worth it" before the gap closes. Back in Santa Destroy, Travis falls flat on his face while Sylvia calmly walks out, and his bike lands on him. Sylvia tells him to walk it off, then he flips her off while in pain. Cue the save in the NMH Motel, and the ranking fight with Ryuji being unlocked. This specific remix was even the BGM during the fight. Someone please animate this. I'd do so myself if I had the skills.
