I’ve been into Belgian beers for nearly 20 years and still to this day this remains for me the greatest tripel there is. An absolute reference. The gold standard.

I'm new to the Trappist Ale scene, and I've tried a few so far including this one. Absolutely agree. It is a fantastic beer! The best I've tried. That 9.5% gives me a bit of a buzz when I'm finished, but a nice wow feeling. Goes great with ramen noodles too. Cheers.

This was one of the 14 top shelf beers that i tried in a hotel in Holland on a university field trip. It started off at 6.5%. This was number 11 of 14. I got tio number 12 before passing out
