I thought enlightenment was freedom from the ego? I mean no offence but it is pretty obvious this guy is absolutely not free from ego.

If you think you're enlightened you're probably not. Some people are good at describing the concept of enlightenment. It literally is like looking into a mirror and expecting your reflection to remain still while you're raising your hand or doing whatever. We all get enlightened in the end.

      1. “Thinking, Fast and Slow” by Daniel Kahneman: This book delves into the two systems that drive the way we think: the fast, intuitive, and emotional system, and the slow, deliberate, and logical system.
      2. “Man’s Search for Meaning” by Viktor E. Frankl: A profound exploration of the search for purpose through the lens of Frankl’s experiences in Nazi concentration camps.
      3. “Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind” by Yuval Noah Harari: Harari explores the history of humankind from the Stone Age to the modern age, examining how biology and history have defined us.
      4. “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg: This book investigates the science behind why habits exist and how they can be changed, providing insights into both personal and organizational habits.
      5. “The War of Art” by Steven Pressfield: A guide to overcoming creative blocks, where Pressfield personifies procrastination and resistance as enemies to be battled.

Each person has their own unique perspective and interpretation of the world, which can lead to slight variations in their understanding of a particular topic. And that's fine.

He's playing as an enlightened guru, it's his shtick so people pay for his "Satsang" priced at $500/month.
There's a lot of posing going on in the world. Nothing is wrong but it's just fake. Everything is like showmanship, like I'm in trading business but I don't really care about money. That's BS. You wouldn't have chosen trading then. Everything is like look at me I'm something I'm not. People don't like to talk to directly, not that they should but I'm just talking about what happens without any kind of judgment as to they should talk directly or they shouldn't. It doesn't matter it's just that they don't.
Nothing against James but truth is he's just some young dude in his 20s who initially basically took Kapil's work and regurgitated it in his own watered-down style. Apparently now he pays to take quality pictures with women (you know like what you see some of those fake Pi‎ck-U‎p-Ar‎tists doing with the whole "Ma‎te choice co‎pying" where the idea is to be ra‎ted as more at‎tractive and to have higher economic status when in the presence of women). It's all pictures, you won't be able to see one video of him actually talking to any of the women. And you can see the difference between his instagram pictures and how he actually is IRL through his youtube shorts or tiktok.
So apparently the guy that people like James Pierce pays to be invited to these places to take photos with women is a re‎d pi‎ll dude named Michael Sartain. I imagine James did at least talk to some of the women since he pa‎id mo‎ney but if you rese‎arch more into the women themselves you'll actually come to find that pretty much all of them are mar‎ried or da‎ting someone else and it's all for like aspiring mo‎dels to ex‎pand their care‎er and things like Miss Swi‎msuit co‎mpetitions. So all these aspiring mo‎dels have taken basically hundred of pictures with different guys (guys who pa‎id some re‎d pi‎ll dude) and so you will never see any of the women po‎sting on their ins‎tagram ima‎ges with those guys.
Nothing wrong with any of that but it's just a classic example of the whole "posing" in the world that Kapil talks about.
I'm sure there are many other re‎d pi‎ll gu‎rus doing the same thing as Michael Sartain (you can look up his site moamentoring and see it for yourself). And the de‎sperate guys who pa‎y are basically the ones in the au‎dience cl‎apping for these swi‎msuit co‎mpetitions or whatever co‎mpetitions that whatever co‎mpany throws for the aspiring mo‎dels.
Again nothing wrong with it but that's what it is. People like James are just po‎sing for so‎cial me‎dia.

This guy sounds like a fraud. From the questions we can see that Naval seems more enlightened than him...
