Is there a healthy fufu that you can use? Would pumpkin work? Fufu, starch fufu especially, is not a meal to eat if you are on a diet. Too much carbohydrates!!!
I can't eat like this. The carb intake and the amount of meat is too much. I'm trying my best to eat in portions. Drinking between meals is also unhealthy.
