    Interesting and helpful information . It’s like you managed to answer 5 quite popular questions briefly, concisely and perfectly clear . Thank you. Maybe some of them deserve a separate video like “detox “ for example.

    Hi Will, Im a fan of your content. I have one particular problem. I count my calories (1900 per day acc. to MyFitnessPall), my fat loose is visible, power is good (i have o base training, for me thats 13-14h per week). The problem is, that my weight is not going down, the "number" is stuck and as you know, weight is really important for cyclist. Whats wrong? Thank you for your response! Tom

      Did you join my Facebook grou Tomas? I have a Tomas in there not sure if it's you?
      I would say make sure you're being super accurate in your tracking - 1900kcals a day and doing 14hours a week riding seems a bit odd if you're not losing weight so I would look a bit deeper at that accuracy of food and that step count

    Thanks again for the tips. And proving that all the hip diets are mostly for being intersting at birthdaypartys. Or trying to be ;o) And a toptip for a ridingsnack are stroopwafels. You can get them at Dutch stores like the HEMA in London. After lockdown probably.

    Hey will, I recently saw a video of yours from 8 months ago. You spoke of supplements that improve endurance performance. Do you think sodium phosphate would also be a helpful supplement?
