Salicylic acid ya phir niacinamide serum you can use. Salicylic acid beginners ko daily use nahi karna hai. Week me 2-3 baar.

Mam mene bahoot search kiya mujhe kahi bhi vitamin b12 ka serum nahi mil raha mene vitamin b12 ke tablets liye thi deficiency hone pe doctor ke advice pe. Mera skin main young glow dikh raha tha and tan bhi bahoot kam hoa plz aap vitamin b12 ka serum suggest kijye.
It's not used in skincare. You have to take dietary supplements.
