Part of Revelation 14:3 says, "hundred and forty and four thousand" The word "and" means multiply. 100 x 40 x 4000 = 16,000,000. The word "and" has been used multiple times in multiplication back than and still today. If it was 144,000 it would be written out "One hundred forty four thousand".

@@freethinker7919 We'll have to respectfully disagree. We believe that both the OT and the NT testify of the deity of Christ. We have a study guide that we are about to publish on our website that will provide the full evidence why this is so. We believe in the deity of the Son of God, but also at the incarnation, the Son of God, placed Himself in humanity. This is a most amazing concept that God Himself would take on the form of a man and humble Himself to the death on the cross. There is no other way for sins to be forgiven. God had to take upon the sins of the world for there to be salvation for humanity. We could quote many scriptures regarding the deity of Christ, but we'll reserve that for our study guide. In the meantime, please consider Isaiah 44:6-8. Notice in verse 6 that the LORD, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the LORD of host are one. This is talking about God the Father and the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Also notice in verse 8 that God is referred to as the Rock. Christ is also referred to as the rock both the OT and in the NT. The 144,000 are added at the Resurrection, not the End Time. But where did the 144,000 come from? We are not told - or are we? I didn’t see it at first, but Revelation 14 actually gives us the time period. It is given in the whole chapter. The 144,000 are Old Testament Jews who were extremely righteous to the point of being sinless. No cursing was found in their mouths, and they were guilty of no sin. Daniel and Samuel would be two examples. But people in the Old Testament need to be saved too, if they die. First look at Revelation 14: In verse 1, we see the 144,000 appear with Jesus, the Father’s name written in their foreheads. In 2 and 3 we see they are redeemed from the people; they’re chosen. In 4 they are all “virgins” not defiled by women. They are the first products of the Lamb as well as God. The Lamb is Jesus - who saved people when He arose. In verse 6, an angel brings the Gospel to all races of people in all parts of the world. This is Christianity, folks, so we are NOT in the End Time or latter days period. The 144,000 are redeemed at the Resurrection, and are waiting with Christ for the Rapture at the Second Coming! Verse 8 is where the narration suddenly jumps to the latter-day Tribulation Period, where we see Babylon the Great being destroyed; and then verses 9-12 describe the penalty for receiving the mark of the Beast. The remainder of the chapter discusses the Rapture and the Second Coming, and after that the Battle of Armageddon. From the narration of Rev. 14, we can conclude that the 144,000 are not from the Tribulation, but are united to Christ and God at the Resurrection. They don’t need to repent of essentially anything, so are saved immediately. Verse 5 is obviously figurative, referring back to Exodus 19, where Moses tells Israel to consecrate themselves, and be ready for the 3rd Day, because on the 3rd Day God would land on Mount Sinai. The men were not to have sex with their wives until after the Lord had left. In other words, they were to be ritually pure and not defiled by women - until the 3rd Day. The 3rd Day is also the day of the Resurrection, and it is also the day of the Second Coming.

The only one completely sinless is Jesus. No other human has the power to be completely sinless. So The 144,000 wouldn’t be sinless. You also mentioned that they would still need to be saved but no one that is sinless needs to be saved. That’s the whole point of needing a savior is because we aren’t and never will be sinless (in this life) . That’s why Jesus came as a sacrifice so that we can crucify our flesh through our trust in him and be free from the power of sin.
@@AshtasticAcrobat Your first sentence is wrong. Elijah was translated into perfection and taken up in a flying saucer by the "angels." So was Enoch. Also, Moses gained salvation even though his body didn't quite make it. God hid the body of Moses so it could be used again during the End Times, which is now. Moses and John the Baptist are the 2 witnesses! The reason we see Moses at the Transfiguration with Jesus and Elijah was that Moses was qualified as sinless, even though he had to die because of the one sin attributed to him. He did kill someone earlier also. You see, the soul doesn't need to be technically sinless to gain perfection. But you do have to qualify by being someone like Daniel, Samuel, Elisha, Ezra, etc. No guile was ever applied to them. But it's the state of the soul that qualifies a person. We have to have Jesus to perfect us. They had nothing to repent of. But it doesn't mean you've quite made it to perfection. However, the 144,000 were on the verge. This is an unusual chapter, you must admit. Why is it there? Jesus did say in another part of the New Testament that "before Elijah, people got into the Kingdom of Heaven only through great difficulty and struggle. They had to gain perfection, which not really the same of "not sinning".
You say that gods people need to be sealed before Christ returns. Anyone who has already believed in Jesus has already been sealed with the holy spirit of promise. The promise that those believing are guaranteed to have a redepted body Eph 1:13-14 & Romans 8:23. The 144,000 who are sealed on their forheads in Revelation chapter 7 are Jews. This corrolates with Romans 11.

Also, despite the clear evidence in scriptures regarding a laborer and his wages, we currently do not take anything for our own personal use or living (we work full time). However, all funds received are used to create more videos (the cost to film, edit) and digitally market these messages through various internet channels across the globe. We believe that Jesus Christ is coming soon and it costs to produce and distribute these messages globally.
Our approach is consistent with anyone who publishes a Christian book or creates a Christian music song/CD. There are basic costs to production and distribution.
We offer one more thought. If you want to know what a person values, ask them where they spend their money and how they spend their time (or observe how they spend their time or money). The answer is simple. They spend it on the things they value. When we value something, we are essentially saying that it has worth. We recognize its significance and merit. Anything we value we are willing to pay for. Cost is rarely if ever considered. Only in exceptional cases where significant and consequential investments are required do we pause and count the costs before we move forward.
In the case of our Revelation videos, our costs are inconsequential and practically trivial. These trivial costs are used to spread the messages globally. They also help us understand our audience. We know exactly who has been encouraged and edified by our Daniel material and want to go deeper and those who simply casually come across our material. There is a difference.
We are blessed that many support this ministry through these token fees. They are helping to prepare men and women across the globe regarding the events that must take place prior to Christ’s second coming. God wants His people ready for those events and their nominal investment is making that happen.

If 'The Lamb' is on mount Zion (verse 1), then who's the 'Son of Man' that sat on the cloud (verse 14) ??

@@freethinker7919 We'll have to respectfully disagree. We believe that both the OT and the NT testify of the deity of Christ. We have a study guide that we are about to publish on our website that will provide the full evidence why this is so. We believe in the deity of the Son of God, but also at the incarnation, the Son of God, placed Himself in humanity. This is a most amazing concept that God Himself would take on the form of a man and humble Himself to the death on the cross. There is no other way for sins to be forgiven. God had to take upon the sins of the world for there to be salvation for humanity. We could quote many scriptures regarding the deity of Christ, but we'll reserve that for our study guide. In the meantime, please consider Isaiah 44:6-8. Notice in verse 6 that the LORD, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the LORD of host are one. This is talking about God the Father and the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Also notice in verse 8 that God is referred to as the Rock. Christ is also referred to as the rock both the OT and in the NT.

What's the mark?

The 144,000 are added at the Resurrection, not the End Time. But where did the 144,000 come from? We are not told - or are we? I didn’t see it at first, but Revelation 14 actually gives us the time period. It is given in the whole chapter. The 144,000 are Old Testament Jews who were extremely righteous to the point of being sinless. No cursing was found in their mouths, and they were guilty of no sin. Daniel and Samuel would be two examples. But people in the Old Testament need to be saved too, if they die.
First look at Revelation 14: In verse 1, we see the 144,000 appear with Jesus, the Father’s name written in their foreheads. In 2 and 3 we see they are redeemed from the people; they’re chosen. In 4 they are all “virgins” not defiled by women. They are the first products of the Lamb as well as God. The Lamb is Jesus - who saved people when He arose. In verse 6, an angel brings the Gospel to all races of people in all parts of the world. This is Christianity, folks, so we are NOT in the End Time or latter days period. The 144,000 are redeemed at the Resurrection, and are waiting with Christ for the Rapture at the Second Coming!
Verse 8 is where the narration suddenly jumps to the latter-day Tribulation Period, where we see Babylon the Great being destroyed; and then verses 9-12 describe the penalty for receiving the mark of the Beast. The remainder of the chapter discusses the Rapture and the Second Coming, and after that the Battle of Armageddon.
From the narration of Rev. 14, we can conclude that the 144,000 are not from the Tribulation, but are united to Christ and God at the Resurrection. They don’t need to repent of essentially anything, so are saved immediately. Verse 5 is obviously figurative, referring back to Exodus 19, where Moses tells Israel to consecrate themselves, and be ready for the 3rd Day, because on the 3rd Day God would land on Mount Sinai. The men were not to have sex with their wives until after the Lord had left. In other words, they were to be ritually pure and not defiled by women - until the 3rd Day. The 3rd Day is also the day of the Resurrection, and it is also the day of the Second Coming.
There are many errors in what you have written. We highly recommend that you watch all of our videos in Daniel and Revelation so that you can truly understand end-time events. @@AngelsintheGlen I will, but it is not possible that I am wrong about when the 144,000 are added. You are wrong, as most of you commenters are usually wrong these days. You are usually younger and make hasty judgments and calculations concerning Scripture.
The only one completely sinless is Jesus. No other human has the power to be completely sinless. So The 144,000 wouldn’t be sinless. You also mentioned that they would still need to be saved but no one that is sinless needs to be saved. That’s the whole point of needing a savior is because we aren’t and never will be sinless (in this life) . That’s why Jesus came as a sacrifice so that we can crucify our flesh through our trust in him and be free from the power of sin.
@@AshtasticAcrobat Your first sentence is wrong. Elijah was translated into perfection and taken up in a flying saucer by the "angels." So was Enoch. Also, Moses gained salvation even though his body didn't quite make it. God hid the body of Moses so it could be used again during the End Times, which is now. Moses and John the Baptist are the 2 witnesses! The reason we see Moses at the Transfiguration with Jesus and Elijah was that Moses was qualified as sinless, even though he had to die because of the one sin attributed to him. He did kill someone earlier also.
You see, the soul doesn't need to be technically sinless to gain perfection. But you do have to qualify by being someone like Daniel, Samuel, Elisha, Ezra, etc. No guile was ever applied to them. But it's the state of the soul that qualifies a person. We have to have Jesus to perfect us. They had nothing to repent of. But it doesn't mean you've quite made it to perfection. However, the 144,000 were on the verge.
This is an unusual chapter, you must admit. Why is it there? Jesus did say in another part of the New Testament that "before Elijah, people got into the Kingdom of Heaven only through great difficulty and struggle. They had to gain perfection, which not really the same of "not sinning".

You say that gods people need to be sealed before Christ returns. Anyone who has already believed in Jesus has already been sealed with the holy spirit of promise. The promise that those believing are guaranteed to have a redepted body Eph 1:13-14 & Romans 8:23. The 144,000 who are sealed on their forheads in Revelation chapter 7 are Jews. This corrolates with Romans 11.
