    I’ve lived in Northern Utah most of my life.
    I live about 10-15 minutes West of the airport.
    My favorite thing to look at here is our amazing beautiful Mountains especially when it’s just snowed.
    The state has many beautiful things to see.

      I am so annoyed that I never made it to the keys! I lived in Port Charlotte and also Ponte Vedra Beach. The problem was that at the time, Caleb was in the military, and he had a hard time getting leave for long enough to make the trip. We were just young things and didn't take in account the value of visiting the keys at the time. I didn't know that he had a house there too. That's cool!

    If you are ever in the LA area, Porto’s Bakery has good Cuban food and the best pastries you will ever find. 10 years ago I lived a few blocks from their biggest location and would take all visitors there. I miss going to it.

    When making your loaf molds do you buy specific ones so they fit into the soap boxes? And would you mind sharing what you cut your soaps to?

    • @moriversoap
      @moriversoap  2 года назад

      I do find it easier to choose the box first and then decide on soap bar size. Otherwise it can be a real pain. I cut mine at 1.25 inches.

    • @tamaragirkin9449
      @tamaragirkin9449 2 года назад

      I purchased the wholesale supplies plus boxes. My loaf molds of course are to wide so im shaving quite a bit of soap off. Beginner mistake. Thank you for responding

    Could you make square or rectangle bathbombs to make them easier to ship?

    • @moriversoap
      @moriversoap  3 года назад

      I have bought a cube mold to try out but it will still be bulky. In general, the flatter bombs just float on the top and don't quite 'perform'. Haha!

    I understand how much time they take away from your productivity, but they are so much fun to watch!!!’ In the other hand, I am so happy hearing that you like my Cuban food, I believe you were talking about pollo ripiao ( shredded chicken) where the top ingredient is a very special cooking wine), question, had you tried ropa vieja? ( old clothes), that is the bomb of Cuban 🥘 thank you Holly

    • @moriversoap
      @moriversoap  3 года назад

      Thank you! This wasn't shredded chicken. It was fried and so crispy but not breaded...and citrusy. So good! Yes, I make ropa vieja every so often. It's a classic family recipe!

    May I ask if you use soy wax for melts?
    If so..how do you keep it from frosting??

    • @moriversoap
      @moriversoap  3 года назад

      I used to use soy for wax but it was discontinued. Now I use ParaSoy again. Frosting is just a side effect of most soy wax. If you get a wax specific to tarts/melts, it doesn't seem to frost as much...in my experience anyway.
