She doesn't do this because this kids are rented, she just used them for the videos then she returned them to parents, go see the other channel of trieu Kim thao she has the baby and be belongs to another person that she rente her from , so she basically used the money to pay for the rent of the kids and the rest for her and I bet the camera person shares the money from you tube with doung is how it works so at the end of the day this kids are with their families and maybe getting bathed and clean clothes or maybe not, that's why Doung is not concerned of their health, and the big boy left maybe because his dad wasn't getting enough money but maybe if the camera guy and doung pay him more maybe he can make another show as a drunk father returning his kid to doung and they all get paid.
