you probably dont give a shit but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times you can watch all the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. Have been watching with my girlfriend for the last few months :)
Excellent video showing the correct process and how important it is to use good quality vinyl. Can you update this over time to report on the condition of the stripes? My 2008 Shelby GT's silver stripes started to go after 2 years, even with the car covered most of the time.
crunchers9 I do keep the car in the garage most of the time. It’s not my daily driver but after 6 months they still look like I installed em yesterday.
ff you got off to a great start but I really wish you had slowed down and explained the knife-less tape. I could not see and could not understand exactly where it gets positioned and how it works. It was the most important part of the process but you gave it the last amoint of time. You are one of the best I've seen at beoing ablw to explain things and your overall process was exacting and clear, so go with your strength throughout.
If you’re doing the stripes like this you just cut that 5 foot into 6 inch sections so you would have 4 strips of 5ft x 6in. That should go across the whole car.

So clean 🧼 very helpful 2024
@@Airbreezy23 thank you!
Nice job bro! You have way more patience than I do! Haha…
Thanks man. I was really happy the way it turned out.
You didn't have any rear cameras on that bumper to use as a guide for a center line?
It was on the hatch by license plate. This was my first go at this.
Does this fade the paint after some time as past?
How long do you expect it to last. Will there be a noticeable line where the pait did not fade from the sun after several years.
Luckily the car stays in the garage most of the time. If it were to sit in the sun for years the paint would fade just like any vehicle.
@@JordanMoree so if vehicle stays garage kept, than it shouldn’t be an issue with your paint
Looking neat mate. Gr8 job! 🤘
Great job. What is that green tape?
3M knifeless tape. It works great!
@@JordanMoree thank you .
that's awesome
Great video!!
Isn’t 5ftx2ft too small? How much vinyl should I order?

Looks great!
Thanks I was super happy with the results. Rear hatch started pulling away but I redid it and made a video on it. no more issues. Go check it out
What kind of vinyl did you use?

@@JordanMoree what do you think of orafol material for this type of work
About how much did it cost you for everything?
Vinyl was around 40-50$, knifeless was 30$, and miscellaneous things like masking alcohol, marker was 10-20$. so max I’d say it’ll cost around 100$
Ohhhh shiiiieeett
