It's almost like Tabby's sister is experiencing the same De ja vu Tabby is. Tabby is stuck in a never ending cycle of protecting her family or dying. So basically all of the endings are not Tabby making different choices on the same day every playthrough. She is stuck on the same day always doing the same thing. Kill or be killed...
That was almost the good ending. You have to save everyone and i mean evyone; Mom, Sister, the Cat, the Rat and Dad... I think those are the only ones that need to be alive by the end of the game, but I'm not completely sure how to do it all.

But if you take the time to save everyone (including the giant Rat); they will all show up at the ending, all living together happily. If the Mother or the cat dies, then you won't get that ending.

Theres a new good ending where everything is lifted, you have to shoot the hand in the fridge and then defeat it.
