- A small safe for hiding money, phones, papers, guns, or wallets. A good safe to lock firearms up to keep away from young kids. Needs to be bolted solidly to a wall or in a drawer to prevent burglarized theft.

Thank you for this video it’s a big help
Got one yesterday, very solid for the price.
Definitely about to buy
Appreciated bud
The knob will only turn half way and then it gets stuck and the code is entered correctly because the green arrow appears but is just go like half way and then it locks
Good info
Had mine for a year and it now unlocks without a combination being entered. Checked reviews on amazon and other people are having this issue as well. Contacted their customer service, hopefully they make things right.
That sucks! Sorry to hear that. I still have mine and it still works good, although they should design the battery compartment stronger. If the door is closed too fast, the batteries are almost guaranteed to fall out.
plz answer! is this safe smell proof?
Appreciate for the smooth broken down review can you fit a Money bill Holder in There? And is the safe bigger then what it looks on the Video sir?
Interior is about 11.5 inches by 8.5 inches by 2.5 inches deep (once you take off space for battery and locking mechanism).
Lathon Wider it fits my M&P 9mm Shield with 2 mags, 3 boxes practice rounds ammo(50 rounds each), 3 boxes of hollow point (20 rounds each) perfectly. I hope that helps.
@@dejamike88 yeah bro appreciate it
Lathon Wider you are very welcome bud.
@@dejamike88 awesome can’t wait to get it I jus got a shield 9 mm as well
How do I type it in without the alarm going off
I found a small wall mount safe in the trash. No key but there is a little tag on front with a series of numbers. The problem is about 3 or 4 digits do not respond when pressing them. Any ideas how to clean the contacts so all digits will respond. The tag on front, could that be the combination number? Safe looks like yours but seems to be for a wall mount. Any info about this safe would be appreciated. Yes seeing those lovely handguns was special, as I also have a sizable collection. Thank you for your video, and lets protect our precious second amendment!! All the best from New Rochelle N.Y.
Maybe those key pads don't work, that's why it's in the garbage. If you know how to fix them, then you got a new safe.
@@PsychOtto Here is the solution to my youtube class mates. I turned safe with keypad in up position. sprayed contact cleaner with nozzle on into all the keypads, and worked the pads up and down. At first the working keys were not responding, but after the excess cleaner dried off all the keys work perfectly well. I would also like to obtain a key to open it if the batteries should fail or fall out. Or possibly open the back of door to replace lock cylinder. Any info on replacement key or opening back of door to change lock would be appreciated.
That's great, but getting a key might be harder. If you can determine the manufacturer, you can usually call or write them for the correct key if you have the model number and/or seriel number. They may charge a small fee. I probably wouldn't mention that you found it. Just tell them you lost the keys. If it's a company in china, you may not be able to call them unless you speak Chinese. If you can get there address, write them a letter using Google translate. Throw a couple dollars in the envelope. It just depends on how much time you want to put in to this. Good luck.
@@PsychOtto Firstly thank you for all your prompt replies. The fact that you made a good video and are responsive to your students in the youtube classroom is admirable. I called stack on co. today and after waiting 45 minutes on the phone the representative was totally unhelpful, and very curt with my questions. He did say the serial number is on back of key access panel. When found that panel was missing, and there is no number embossed in lock face. I will open inside of door and attempt to change the lock cylinder, as the locks are inexpensive. My general comment is that many of the reps from manufacturing companies do not have much knowledge, or they answer questions as an unthinking robot. I am grateful there is youtube for the resources us students desire, and you my friend are one of the valuable teachers!!
Thanks for the comment and I hope you can replace the lock cylinder. You know much more than I do about safes and locks if you can do that.👍
What items :D
Where can I get a replacement key for this? I lost mine and the battery died so the punch code isn’t working.
Ever figure this out? Currently in the same situation.
@@laceemooney8367 no, but I did actually find my key.
@Allison Hamel hey allison, did you ever get it open?
just happened to me 😂 luckily i found my spare key and made a copy
Lost my key and batteries died how can I open it?
The only way I can think of, is to call the company who made it and see if they might be able to provide you a key. I'm Sorry that that's the only answer I can come up with.
a locksmith can make you the key, probably charge anywhere from $25 - $50 depending on where you live
Neodinium magnet may work
The knob won’t turn keys are stuck and won’t read the code what can I do
Is the key stuck in the keyhole?
Raul Gomez Bust it all up get your stuff out and mail all back to Stack-on and tell them what they can do with it.
The battery died. Any way to break into this thing?
@Allison Hamel I used a sledge hammer and just beat the shit out of it until I got it open. That's all the advice I have. No "hacks" worked. 🤷🏻♀️ Good luck!
@Allison Hamel let me try lol
I have this safe, my keys are inside, battery died within first month. How do I get in my safe now
If the actual keys to get in the safe are locked in it, I guess you'll have to see if you can email or call the company who makes it, and see if they can send you a new key.
The key hole cover on has all the info necessary to get a new key made
@@FastSloW-qt8xf ,I recieved new key from company after 4 weeks I'm good to go.
What happened was battery cover came loose as did batteries, making key pad inoperative
