  • This is a Patch by NIN's head man Trent Reznor, a rock artist,a score composer and electronic music guru, as one of the precursors for the Industria Rock or simply industrial music. This is a patch for Moog Grandmother and Moog DFAM extracted from the book Patch and Tweak with Moog, by Kim Bjorn, tweaked and modified by me.
This patch is about FM and smart use of random voltage modulation to create metallic and organic sounds that are characteristic of the industrial genera.
    Gear used:
Moog Grandmother and Moog DFAM fo the patch
    Micro Korg XL+ for bass
Roland TR8S for drum and FXs

Thanks for sharing, I always try to encourage people to try out with their own gear and instruments. So when someone shares, both, that they succeed, moreover that they could reproduce it with different instruments it is rewarding for me! I get extremely curious to see and hear your setup.

yes this was workt to see , never used combo M32 and Edge and you know modular world, you can adjust patch to your environment. I have added strega hell on top it and it sounds killer

"Precursor of industrial and electronic music"?
If you are going to trade on somebody else's name, get your fact straight first.

“Precursor of industrial electronic…” not industrial and electronic, you can watch it correctly, but some call it industrial rock and I have place a few other names for which nin is called. But what is your classification? Let us know in the comments

Classifications are such a personal thing as everyone listens to music in their own way. I think it’s a touch ignorant to dismiss someone’s classification. I personally would just call it 100% full blown Reznor
