This young lady, Amy, is still so traumatized by the crime against Dee, that I am sure she has some PTSD. She had a close bond with Dee and I know she is going over in her head what else she could have done. She was probably the last one to see Dee alive. May God give her peace, now that Dee's body has bee recovered. 🙏

This lady is so upset over her sister in law . This lady was married to Dales brother but her marriage ended due to she believes Dale did something to Dee. The stress of it all was too much for the marriage. I feel bad for her. But she needs to speak up and show more confidence.

Silly defense attorney, it's "fewer" than and not "less" than if you're asking about something you can count, i.e., the times the witness talked to someone. Her tone and manner, plus her ridiculous questions, will not impress a jury.

I don't think the avg person who doesn't have experience in the legal field understands this. These defense attorneys are regularly willing to go to any length it takes to win the case no matter whose feelings are hurt or how much dirt they dig up on people...which includes how they talk to people when cross examining.

“Bias” is always fair game in questioning a witness. It's literally given the MOST latitude.

Hillary's attorneys have the LEGAL RIGHT to bring that up??? It's to the point of reversible error if denied. The defense doesn't have the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt but the prosecution does. Her defense is to discredit the witness. Defense normally, takes the stand to question the info stated via witness but again, normally, gathers info from questions and answers created via the prosecution and the defense questions and answers; discrediting witnesses is the standard. Defense is just doing her job on behalf of the defendant as the majority of attorneys do. This trial is fact finding thru any witness prior to trial.

Does she remember anything? She keeps saying she can't remember, or things like "I'm sure she did"/"I'm sure she has" all the time. For a close friend, I don't understand how she can remember so little. Her friend went missing, and she can't recall a thing. This witness is not doing much for "Justice for Dee" at all.
