Awesome video!, easy and simple. Thank you so much.
Thanks for the fluid type!
Hopefully will help you save few bucks, coolant from the dealer is pricey!
i've been running prestone conventional green on my 17 x3 it has close to 10k miles , engine has never been opened. I don't think coolant color matters that much as long as you dont mix it.
You are 100% right, you can run any coolant as long as you don’t mix it.
@@roadglassandmore So can I put conventional prestone on my x3?
@@Ricardo-vc4nh yes, same ingredients
Yes how did you bleed the lines. And does this work to get gunk out of the lines. How many times do you recommend?
To get the gunk out, I’d recommend filling and draining it at least couple of times with distilled water, and to get air out just squeeze the hose few time while machine is running but make sure the cap on reservoir is open to let the air bubble out
Okay thank you
How many quarts did you add? I just did mine and took about 3 quarts
I don’t remember exact amount, I just filled it up to the mark
And how did it run in your Can am did it drive the same
No problems! I’m pushing around 350 HP too.
So is this the same as the xps
Yes, the coolant is the same.
how is it running so far?
Runs without any problems! Expect blown belts sometimes lol.
Sweet i just did my Xrs turbo rr max, lets see how she does. Oh man i hear ya 😅 blown belts is never a fail lol
I keep having coolant blowing out the excess coolant hose even when low what can be wrong?
Hmm, could be head gasket or worn out water pump impeller or water pump gears.
@@roadglassandmore the Can am only has 50 hours / 500 miles. How could I know forsure
@@roadglassandmore also doesn’t over heat. Or smoke just keeps coming out the excess hose.
Did you ever find out the issue?
I think it could be the cap on the expansion tank. It could be opening up even tho there is very little pressure
