From 6 yo i have used a "slip joint" knife. For 58 years i have collected Case knives. I never leave the house without a Case regardless of what might be clipped into my pocket or on my belt. I think it depends on what you are used to. Granddad gave me my first knife at the age of 7. I had one at 6 i used but it was one of his. My first was a Case Bone Stockman. Still have it. Im not sure of how many i actually have, well over 100, a few shoe boxes full. Last count was years ago and it was 92 (i think) My first non Case was a Buck 110 in 10th grade because every school boy carried one. Wouldn't mind seeing a Case or two.
Like the scales and some aspects of the Jack Wolf knives, but the price point and old school slip joint design make it a respectful pass. Like many others, Case and Buck knives got many of our knife collections started. That’s because their price points weren’t out of reach for most people.
I've injured myself pretty bad a few times with my Victorinox slip joints precisely because they didn't lock. Slip joints are somewhat passé in the modern age of folding knives. Otherwise, this is a nice knife.
@Fly2kill1 congrats for you having more money than me!!! It must feel sooo good to be able to brag about it in the RUclips comment section!!! Im sure you would tell your friends if you had any... yes i could spend $300 a month on knives but unlike you i have a family that i love thats more important.

Not saying they're not quality but jack wolf is a hype train i just cant get on.
Agreed. I also do not buy made in china knives.
Everyone doing reviews on these knives was given these knives for free not saying not nice but where is actually customer reviews?
Not sure but who has the budget for a new $300+ knife every 2 months???
@@57HEMIvikenthat’s nothing as far as knives go. I limit myself to $600 a month but most of it goes to my other hobby. RC racing.
