Hi! The case for the pilot diffuser is included with the purchase of the diffuser. 🙌 If the case is too bulky for your travels, sometimes I slip the diffuser into a sock instead.

Hi! No problems with TSA. These are all under 3oz and fit in a quart size bag or smaller per the TSA guidelines.
