Hello, I was wondering when the best time to visit dolpo tarap would be in terms of weather. Also how close is the border from upper dolpo to tibet? Thank you.

The best time would be June to August. Weather will be moderate and greeny pleasant.
It will take 5 - hours if you go by horse riding
