Also, fun quality of life tip, instead of clicking the fishing bobber you can use the "interactive" key in the settings. At least my fishing experience a lot easier and enjoyable.

But yes I'vr bound cast to G and interact to F, I don't even need to look at the screen to fish just listen
On Sunday, I leveled fishing from around 75 to 300 just at the pier, watching TV on my second screen. The Daggermaw seem to make good "mana drinks" and I got well over 1000 and over 30 firewaters too. You get bloated fish with multiple daggermaws inside and you get crates even if you don't target the wreckage pools. I got at least 2 seahorse pets, maybe 3. I leveled up to 297 and turned in the quest and was at 300/300 fishing. It seems quite lucrative for a simple "AFK watching TV" type of thing and obviously if everyone does this, the item prices are going to start dropping and the profitability goes down. I did have an Algari Weaverline on my pole, although it's probably not really a great pole for it (it's the Tuskarr water breathing one from WOTLK) and I have only done fishing in delve pools before.

Well done, I bet you made a tidy profit this way. It is probably, by far, the most gph way to level fishing atm.
It will fluctuate a little, but most people would rather buy the fire water than fish them up and I think that will keep prices up. Especially with players returning for season 2.

There are so many things to do on wow it can be easy to miss. Hopefully these videos help point opportunities out for other players
Use a raft/boat toy and just stay in the water, saves time from mounting up after every fishing node. For fishing faster, use the "Better Fishing" addon. It allows you to set up a single keybind for cast/catch and uses the interactive targeting so no need to mouse over the bobber. Just pullup, press (x) to cast, press (x) again to catch, then row over to the next fishing hole. Thanks for this reminder video to go do this farm again!

Water walking for your mount = "Inflatable mount shoes", crafted by Kul Tiran blacksmiths. AH sellable . Or the "Anglers water striders" sold by rep from Nat Pagel. Either go in ur mount equipment slot.

This is a good one. I got lucky the other day and did laps around the island on my Tuskar Dinghy (it's easier to get than the raft) with no competition, and I'm sitting on about 1,300 of them now. I use them and sell them so I just stack em up for months for the right time. If your max fishing for TWW maybe try getting Kaheti Slum Sharks from blood pools in Hallowfall. They sell for over 500 a piece still in US and will most likely go up next season.

@@Everhealer Be sure to use some goul fish soup It gives a huge fishing buff! you might be able to get recipe from ah but i know you can get it from vendor at the fishing derby every saturday in hallowfall.
My current favorite farm is gathering while also collecting the hovering crest orbs. Using just the crest uptrade system and orb collecting I’ve already made my main 5 lvl 636 crafted items. However, to get the gilded crest upgrade option, It does require you to hit an item level break point of 619 in every slot. Even without that, you can still use the system to trade up to runed crests to finish the upgrade tracks to allow getting the gilded upgrades. (Im not sure if Crafted gear counts towards break points)

I have only unlocked to the runed crest option. I’m working on getting the next one up but the great vault has not been kind with me weekly pieces.
Until last week I was getting the trinket options on loop.
Then last week, I needed all three options /sigh

@@Everhealer FYI this week there are 2 heroic quest reward options from time walking. One from the weekly quest and another quest is hidden inside the TW raid.
This is one of my favorite farms! I always try and get a couple hundred of them to unload as the month goes along after the faire had ended. I like to sell the potions for 220+ on NA but it really depends on how many people have been doing the farm too. The fish selling for 5-9 gold a piece is pretty nice too XD Which yeah everyone can fish pools regardless of fishing level it's only open water fishing that will be level dependent on what you catch.
That’s good to know about the fishing level required. I sold my last batch for 280 each, but maybe I got lucky?
I sold some fish this time around, mostly because I’m about to go away and won’t be able to do anymore with this months fair.
I have sold a few of the recipes you can swap for the fish. But they aren’t selling fast and I don’t want to get caught with a bunch of them between fairs :)

i leave an alt. parked at the Darkmoon Faire to fish and do the pet battles while its going on. With the experience buff pet battles really fork over the XP and you can get Sid the Squid pet from them. There's equipment for your mount where you can ride it on water..There are plenty of crates all around the island...Angler's Water Strider's i think its called. It's been ages since I got it so I don't remember how but I'm sure there's a video out there to tell you how to do it. The Underlight Angler fishing pole lets you walk on water but I use my DK who can freeze the water. I just ride my motorcycle around the island a lap and log in and out whenever I think about it. I usually have 3 or 400 firewaters by the time the Faire ends.
They say the prices go up when the Faire isn't going on but I haven't noticed that to be true. I think its because the people who buy firewaters don't know where they come from or are not going to be bothered to fish or visit the Darkmoon Faire. The prices swing crazy on these. When TWW first came out they were selling for over 1k each as fast as you could put them up for auction.
Lot's of pets if you know where to look and secret things hidden away if you explore deep. DMF is my favorite place and must have been created by a bloody mad genius. Nothing rivals it. I wish Blizzard still had this kind of creativity for the Anniversary event and such.

Leaving alts is a good way to cut out that fly time. I didn’t even think to check mount equipment! This is a great idea!
As a priest I can float over the water, but it’s just run speed and I can mount with the option. I will be checking for some options for the next fair I think
I have been managing to sell mine for about $280 gold mid way between the fair, but it could just be on my server. I’m holding on to mine for the spike, but maybe not all servers get one?
It is a great tip to have some ready for expansion releases. ☺️
Just an idea, what if to increase your speed you just drink a Draenic Water-Walking pot (10 minutes) and combine that with a mount equipment that speeds your mount by 20%? I think it should work, just as long you do not take damage (that removes the WW pot).
I will give it a go! It sounds like this combo could get me through until i can pick up a water walking mount.
Hey just an FYI Every time you go by the DMF Mounts use them they have speed boosts that help you get around faster.....I know you will be dismounting a bunch so you will lose the mount right away but every time you go by you can get a good speed boost from them.....I have been farming for Toy from the band and from the wolf. Can not get wolf to spawn for some reason but owell!

As someone who can't afford a WoW sub and uses their gold to fund the MMO addiction, its always so painful to spend that gold and know that I'm gonna have to farm for so many hours to not fear losing my sub.
Have you got any crafters? For me, doing work orders for gear generates more wow gold than I know what to do with.
@@williamcolgin1987 Havent touched crafting much because of the cost of leveling the professions is insane
@@mistagarbage Leather, Tailoring and Enchanting mats have come down significantly. Enchanting would be the easiest to level enough to make a profit from doing just crests which are the number 1 in demand craft. If you were to level a skinner, which can be done in under an hour on bees/wolves, you would probably get enough mats to make a huge dent into leveling leather working. Either would be a small investment and generate a huge profit. I've made enough on work orders in just the first few months of TWW to buy 3 years of game time. You don't need every recipe either. For LW just speccing into bracers will make a nice profit.

That sucks you lost access to your old acct. I have only ever used the dark moon fair for the xp boost and I've played for 20 years. I need to change this

Yeah, the darkmoon fair is a super good way to make gold. Probably one of the best a the moment and if you can stockpile enough stuff, you have pleanty to sell between fairs.

I got a couple of the pets a month ago and they still haven't sold. They don't seem to sell ion the NA servers.
This is the first time I have picked up the pets, they are more a side hold option, a way to make a little extra with the fish.
I have done pretty well selling the recipes, but no pets yet.
My experience with pets is that they can take a little while.
Sometimes you willl go a week and sell nothing and then sell everything the next day. It’s weird how it works ☺️

@Everhealer I tried making trqnsmog gear from previous. Pacs to seel and my bank alt still has every piece a year later. Sometimes an idea just doesn't work out for whatever reason. I try random things from a bunch of you all youtubers. Some work, some don't. I enjoy your content. Keep it up.
I don't think asking people to sub increases the amount of subs significantly. I know it rubs me the wrong way every time I hear it. If your content is interesting enough, they will come !
I have actually found on videos where I ask, I get loads more subs. Sorry it’s bugging you!
I think once I get to 1000 my brain will chill out about it.
