These commercials were aired in Summer 1990, not October 1989, due that Ducktales: The Movie (in that Hi-C sweepstakes commercial) came out in August 3, 1990.
Those kids are drinking some hi c juice at the movies and Donald Duck is there with a bin full of pop corn and those dragons with wings are breathing out blue tooth paste instead of fire flames and there are crust shaving cream cans
