She's a great looking peice. I agree the paint and sculpt is solid. They are definitely getting better as the line goes on.
That is absolutely phenomenal. As a kid of the 80s and a fan of he-man then and to this day. $1000 for that. absolutely all day long.
She is stunning👌the base is classy and totally fits the theme. Plus, I love the art direction, when they first previewed this statue, I strongly considered making space for a MOTU line in my collection. It's still very tempting because they simply nailed it, I'm sure if they make an Evil-Lyn I'll end up with at least one MOTU statue🤓. There are so many quality collectibles it's hard to resist.
I really like the dynamic base that this has, and also looks to be really good with hiding seam lines
I love all the statues in Tweeterhead's Masters line. I was really tempted to get Hordak or Teela when they revealed them but didn't want fall down a rabbit hole, when they revealed the He-Man on Battlecat recently though... I didn't fall I jumped. Be Excellent.

Teela turned out great. I think Sideshow's 1/5 have their best lines. MOTU, Mythos, GI Joe, etc. Mumm-Ra and Skeletor are some of my favorites in my collection

That staff is cool, the purple monster sneaking out of the base is awesome.
Nice statue. It has that classic element yet it also reminds me of the Netflix Teela design. The original voice actress and Sarah Michelle Gellar would appreciate it.
I was actually surprised myself I like the portrait with the long hair rather than the traditional and for the most part I tend to gravitate towards the more traditional looks

Agree. This Teela statue is awesome. I still MOTU even though I don’t collect anything. The tv show on Netflix the recently came out is worth checking out.

I still have my original 80's MOTU figures including Teela. Since the statue is based on her original design, I would have assumed that the regular version would have included the staff instead of the sword since the original figure just had the staff and shield.

As much as I love this piece overall, I wish they pushed the realism like they did with the rest of the line. Like you pointed out, as a warrior this outfit wouldn't be as practical. With the rest of the line, they pushed practicality along with the design... with Teela they sadly prioritized nostalgia. I do still love the piece and this line is still my favorite statue line ever.

I love how people are talking about her armor not being practival, He-man is wearing underwear and boots and Evil-Lyn is the same armor as Teela.

Selfishly I'm glad you regret selling your MoTU pieces, because I purchased two of them! When I saw you were selling your collection, I sat on your videos waiting on a few of them, MoTU and Horror related. I've went like 3 for 4 getting what I wanted.

This is a great piece. I am really surprised by the value spike on these not that MOTU is not a great show or line, but that I feel we have not seen a major resurgence other than the Netflix special. However, just looking at the detail of the piece I can definitely see why it would be sought after.

Also, I’m extremely glad I signed up and became a member on here and get the early vids and peeks/perks. I eventually wanna collect some Skeletor statues and pieces. Not a overly huge MOTU person but I enjoy it nonetheless.

Amazing piece...... this might be a stupid question. These pieces from "MotU" all have like the same base. Do they interlock to become like half of Grayscull's courtyard? They should! I wish I had the funds. Living life thru people like you!
They don’t interlock but similar themes
