Demoman throwing the gun and Spy not hantging himself but instead falling victim to a random train are straigthm up IMPROVEMENTS from the original bcuz of how funny they are (oh yea also heavy having the light falling on him instead of smashing into bits and guts is also funnier)
I'd say there's a difference between a 'clean' version and a censored version, this one replaces jokes in the original with others that keep the same intention rather than removing them altogether
HOW is it funnier when its censored? Instead of just a death, we got heavy having to play dead, a backround train coming from nowhere, a gun being thrown, and random lampost. Good stuff
I like how it's also slightly slower with the dialogues, probably for the official actors who are older and wouldn't be able to keep with the speed of the original

It's so uncanny watching this because it really feels like one of those instances where a time travel moves a chair by an inch or something like that. So familiar, yet different.

I thought I was going crazy at first when watching the voice actor version, and knew something was off at “off to hang myself” part where I verbally said:“okay I know there wasn’t a train at this part, what’s going on?” I thought I had early onset dementia already, but no, now I got my answer. Also demo throwing the gun instead of shooting it I think was a amazing improvement. It caught me off so guard and got my laughing hard enough to run of air. Absolutely amazing work there.
Even though it's entirely made to be better for less hardened audiences, it still stands on its own as a fun madhouse of references and dumb jokes. If anything it shows that you're really good at scripting humor.
