I had to send my luxe back to ninja as the barista assist kept showing my grind setting as 3 instead of the 8 it calibrated to, but ninja customer services arranged a hassle free return and replacement with 2 large travel mugs thrown in and I could keep the accessories from the faulty machine

We will be ok in summer on front may have manage dhow to turn it into real award coffee im experimenting with beans.

@@bluefox9er yes mine too went wrong they sent me a replacement base unit the plastic funnel is crap though should be alloy IMHO. Merry Xmas
