Hello Bharat bhai. I made idli n sambar just as u explained n everyone in my family loved them. First time i made perfect sambar. It tasted just like market one. As far as idlis are concerned, i divided the batter in two parts. The batter in which i added eno instead of baking soda, the idlis came out as perfect. So its better to add eno instead of b.soda. Thanks a lot for ur great receipes.😊😊😊

I strongly recommend adding left over cooked rice after grinding to the idli batter. You won’t even need to add eno or baking soda. Must try!! More the rice softer the idlis👍🏻👍🏻

Bharat, the sambar is always incomplete without curry leaves... while giving tadka, add few curry leaves too... then you see how it makes difference to the sambar
Yesss, very true. Curry leaves enhance the taste of sambhar. But the prblm is that mostly we don't get it.
