Agree! I think chatbots are still a great way to get into a business. Once you started talking to business owners, you gain deeper insights into how the business operates, which helps you identify additional areas where AI can be used to optimize processes.
I hope this resonates with ALL of you. Two of the most impactful points in ANY business is STARTING it.. and knowing when to pivot. You're a real one bro. Respecting the hopes and dreams of your audience, respecting the game and practicing what you preach. Salut brother.
Thank you so much for sharing this, Liam. You just stopped me from going down a path I was deeply uncomfortable with. Infinite thanks. Looking forward to any future content.
Is it still a good idea to start with chatbots just to get insight into how companies work and what problems they’re facing so that you can expand your services after that. Like coming into this AI automation world it’s overwhelming to directly build entire ecosystems for big companies. I think you can work your way up by starting to work with smaller clients and as you gain more knowledge you expand.
Hey Liam, I have been watching you for some time now. I remember me working through the Voiceflow tutorials back then. But I have also never felt Chatbots were something I wanted to offer to my clients and I never did. But still it was difficult to identify what could a specific offer be, and not just I do automation. I am currently working this out and this video has been extremely helpful to actually get insight into the long game. Thanks for that.
Agreed.. question. How do you go about gaining that industry knowledge(the pain points in an industry) is it research? getting in contact with someone within the industry? also how important do you think industry experience is when it comes to having a successful AI solution agency. Great Video
Man I have went through pain trying to sell chatbots and ai automations, although I never liked them even if I was a business owner I wouldn't buy these services. but the gurus convinced me this is the best thing to do but in reality it depends on you and your goal. I think helping businesses get more clients by implementing AI is a better solution and I enjoy it more than just building a simple voiceflow chatbot.
Chatbots and automations are just tools that can be used to reach a business goal. The business goal (e.g. more leads) is what counts, not the tool. Chatbots might be a part of the system to reach the business goal.
Wouldn't buy "these services" as in..? Lot of comments about "chatbots" like they're all similar, simplistic and somehow worthless? You can build just about _anything_ around an AI chatbot you knkw
What about if I don’t expect to make much like 5-10k a month from chat bots but I would train the both in their specific niche ? Just to start and get into the ai industry or is it still bad idea
What do you think about the people that started a year ago and claim they make 100k a month in their business, for example with an "ai infrastructure agency", is that very temporary, or not true, what are your overall thoughts?
Way more likely than selling just basic chatbots. An infrastructure is a fancy word for a system. So it likely means big DFY clients where you do a large setup fee > ongoing retainers or build and release, less clients higher ticket
I second with all the points you mentioned Liam, I believe building chatbots is pathway to enter into the AI industry for now. The real question is how can a person transition from making chatbots into making these business automations.. Even if we learn how to build the automations from communities and free resources
You've made so many great points in this video Liam. Unfortunately I had to learn all of those things the hard way a couple of months back. Keep it up man, I genuinely believe you should spread your message. This will allow more people to set themselves up for the long-term success!
Miss the days when Liam used to give tremendous value and showcase workflows. Instead a long pitch to his program. (Plenty making more money selling programs than with actual businesses). Mentioning lead nurturing doesn’t actually give people value. Yes watched the vid. Currently Liam’s agency solution is a white labeled gohighlevel crm (salesboo), and white labeled bland phone caller. These enable basic lead gen, mass but basic lead qualification via text (GHL text chat flows are basic); and of course many valuable GHL features. I won’t charge you thousands for a program for this info.

How do you promote your agency, and how do you start conversation with clients

I'm glad it gave you some clarity, what was the path?
I agree with everything you've said in this video man - love the transparency as always 🫡

most authentic video that perfectly resonates with the title

Do you offer coaching/mentoring on your new growth system?
Not at the moment, we help businesses implement it but it's not coaching

Product market fit > expansion of offer
solid advice! chatbots aren't scalable
The way they’re being sold, no
What sort of AI solutions are you currently building out then?
I explain what we're doing in this video, you can also just go to the Unorthodox website and see for yourself
