Dude this was like 12 years ago. There’s plenty of better filtration videos you can watch. I was using an iPhone 3G. I apologize it’s not up to your editorial standards…
hi.. thanks for this video.. you gave me an idea. Im now into vinegar making and im looking for the equipment to be use in filtering the vinegar. can this equipment also be use in filtering vinegar? . how much is the cost of this equipment? and how many liters can be filtered in minutes? please let me know. thanks..!
Given time and gravity you don't need such industrial solutions to making it clear. Keep it cloudy, who cares. Educate the consumer, or age it / use gravity longer. There's nothing harmful in a cloudy product.
Dude this was 15 years ago and it’s a school where we were learning to use various equipment. I’m well aware of centuries of unfiltered wine making and so were our instructors. Relax.
That's a big ol' grand-daddy filter. Probably a bit of overkill for my 6 gallon kit batches. LOL But seriously though, if you want to be in the video, use somebogy else to shoot it. The shaking at that point was unbearable. But it settles down nicely after that point.
can someone who is not drinking hold the camera, too much vibrations 😂😂😂

Hey James sorry to bother you...Question not related to the video....can you tell me the brand and model of your Rx Glasses?
Does anyone know if this cellulose filter is kosher? I fear that it is a pork product.
Do you guys do pre filtration on the water used for the wine?
Hello, James which type of filter aid you are using for wine filtration for getting good flow rate and clarity.
