Absolutely incredible review! As always you got all the details in! This figure looks great! This line is really shaping up! Thanks for all the effort you put into your videos
Thanks for watching as always! I try to do what I can with the figures. This was such an incredible figure to get in hand. I think Mattel nailed this design for the turtles. This is gonna be a good line. I'm glad you liked the review and figure!👍
@Themanchlid You're the Man when it comes to MOTU!!!! Finally got to see a Michelangelo reveal in that comic and lol he's got a He-Man wig on & He-Man battle armor. I could definitely see him and Donatello getting variant releases since Leo and Raph have base heads. I'm all in on this line especially a BAF coming too it's awesome!
Thanks for all your support and interests on my channel! I try to get what I can if I can find it early online somewhere! I think this Donatello came out really great for the Origins. I have seen Michelangelo yet. I think he is gonna be another exclusive! I'm positive this line will have variant versions of the Turtles as time goes on. I guess they are trying new ideas to start. Yes lea and Raph have regular base heads. Donatello has a head under that helmet but mine is glued and I see some kind of peg cut in the back.
Awesome Review brother! WOW Freddie Williams II FINALLY got to illustrate this comic book!!! Whooo!!!! I would love to reacting to your video! Great job brother!
Thanks for stopping in, brother! That art is beautiful in that comic. Well done! This Turtle's line is gonna rock! Go for it! If you want to do a reaction video on your channel! It's all good 👍
Here is my video thanks again@@Themanchlid ruclips.net/video/42I9obU2R80/видео.html This is a dream cross over! I'm SO Excited! I love the mini-comic and the fact that Freddie William II is illustrating the mini-comic is so epic! He was working on a concept comic back in 2020 but it never happened. So happy to see he finally got the project off the ground with Mattel no less!
The thing I love about this line is any figure can be used to make new characters. I always love that it’s Turtles coming to Eternia not the Turtles are He man
I can definitely see all kinds of customs ideas between these turtles, lines, and other origins. I also like the idea of the turtles coming to Eternia as well from what the comic shows. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts 👍
@jasonking3182 That could happen, too. That's another popular movie or comic. I think the vintage MOTU line took some inspiration from the movie early on in the development of He-man.
@@ThemanchlidThere’s a whole story about Mattel and the Conan rights holders that lead to a major lawsuit. Mattel got the rights in the early stages of development of Conan The Barbarian movie and didn’t use them instead going down the MOTU route. But at the same time the rights holders were aware of the very early development of Masters of the Universe when they signed the contract. You can look at MOTU and see the influence of Robert E Howard’s work.
@jasonking3182 Yeah, I remember hearing about that story on the Toys that made us on Netflix about the brand and lawsuit. Also, Mattel won as you mentioned.
I really enjoyed this review more than previous MOTU Origins reviews that you made before, mostly because MOTU and TMNT are my favorite childhood toylines. I am really liking the way these figures came out, and I think they're better than what most people expected. I think they kept the same likeness from the original TMNT figures while adding the MOTU aesthetics that you can still recognize. I am actually very excited about these new figures. Great review as usual, I'm glad you were able to get this figure early so we can see it here first.
Thanks for watching and all your support, as always! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed this review the most! I honestly had a lot of fun reviewing this figure. Many of the last Origins reviews I have done have been very stressful because of all the parts and custom scenes or editing. This Donatello review was just different and fun. I didn't have to switch parts around. He is his own thing. I'm not a turtle collector, but I'm very excited about this line and think it's gonna work well in the Origins. I like the way this figure was designed. I can't wait for more! 👍
Awesome figure. Can’t wait for mine. I’m going to cherry pick this line, for sure. I already have the ones I want in mind. The one I’m really looking forward to is the ram man figure. And the only other turtle I have in my collection is a neca Donatello. Soon as I heard, some of them are going to be Walmart exclusive, it reinsured my decision for not collecting the whole line.
Thanks for stopping in already bro! I can see many people cherry picking this line for simular reasons as you mentioned! The Ram man looks cool. I can't wait to see that figure. I don't have any Turtles in my collection. The Origins will be my first! Yeah unfortunately, Many of these Turtles will be exclusives. I can't stand that either!
I’ve been anxiously waiting to see reviews for this new line and this doesn’t disappoint! As I’ve explained in some other videos I’m subscribed to, I really started collecting Origins in the hopes that my son (who’s now 3 1/2) would be into it, seeing as MotU was my thing growing up. I also recently started picking up the TMNT Mutant Mayhem line for him, as TMNT was my wife’s thing when she was younger. So, picking up a line that merges both of those worlds together is a no-brainer for me! My son’s middle name is also Michael (named after Michaelangelo, my wife’s favorite). So, on to my thoughts on Donatello…the “black sheep” among the core Turtles (at least from what I can remember). He does look really good. I was initially impressed more by the Turtles’ appearance than I was with the MotU characters, but all of the different design looks are starting to grow on me. Combining with Man-At-Arms’ tech feels very natural. I too am a bit bummed that the helmet isn’t removable, but it’s not a huge deal. I get worried more that those bandanas are gonna wrap around and break off if we’re not careful with them. Didn’t realize the shell was removable, I thought the shell shield was a separate accessory…interesting. It’s too bad the mini-comic is the international version. They look like they have more pages than the standard Origins mini-comics have had for the past few years. I’m digging this line for the most part and am looking forward to seeing what else they come up with. I’m still so far behind on the mainline Origins (Wave 8 was the last full wave I picked up), but I may have to just skip ahead and start collecting these asap!
Thanks for finally getting a chance to check out my newer Origins of greyskull figures reviews. I honestly love this combination of turtles and MOTU together! I was never a TMNT collector. I grew up in my teenage years with the franchise and really liked it. But for some strange reason, as a toy collector, I never picked up any Playmates or Neca Ninga Turtles. But I'm hooked the Origins Turtles now. Yes, Donatello was the black sheep of the brothers from what I remembered. I really like his overall look aside from the helmet not being easily removable, and if you did, it looks like a peg cut in the back of the head. But I still like the figure regardless! My Leonardo review has words in the comic now. The first three Origins wave one Turtles figures I reviewed were international releases. So the comics had no words. Your son might really enjoy this crossover. Kids always appeal to the Ninga Turtles first. Them colorful MOTU characters next! Overall, I think this is a great idea from Mattel to mix the turtles with the MOTU universe. Many people will like this concept, and others won't. Hopefully, they will finish up the Vintage core characters like they promised in spring next year and continue adding newer ideas like the Turtles and more filmation figures. I support it all!👍
Yeah, they aren't supposed to hit until the spring of next year at retail. I got some early international release samples on eBay. Thanks for watching ✌️
Yeah I think this Turtles crossover is a cool idea. The two figures I got in hand so far are really well done! That He-man looks awesome! Thanks for watching and sharing your comments 👍
Good review man. I really like the colors they used for this sub line. Wasn’t interested at 1st but I’m getting them. Seeing wave 2 changed my mind for sure.
Thanks for checking the review out! I like the new colors as well for this line. I also wasn't gonna pick up this line. But im glad I did! Donatello looks really good so far as an Origins figure. Wave 2 looks awesome! I can't wait for that wave👍
Great review as always brother. You got those figures fast!! It’s such a bummer that Donny’s helmet doesn’t come off. Maybe they’ll release another one in the future where he’s not wearing a helmet. Have a good weekend man!
Thanks for watching as always brother. Yeah these were some early international figures I found online. I also wish Donnys Helmet came off easy. I know they will make another regular head version at some point. You also have a great Weekend buddy 👌
Hahaha tonight you dine on turtle soup!😂. They finally got you 😂. Nice job on the early grab …very interesting stuff …your the first video where I’ve scene the actual figure 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for dropping by bro! Lol. They got me!!! Now im a Motu Turtles collector! I know you love the Turtles. I also liked the concept and brand. But I just never picked any up! Now im hooked with the Origins!!😆 I have no idea if there are any other reviews yet. I just filmed and got it up👍
This is a really cool concept and I would LOVE to see a cartoon based on this line, but I will not be going all in with Turtles of Grayskull, although I do plan to get the turtles (and maybe couple of more characters later in the line) so I can display them with my MotU cartoon figures. I am a little disappointed that Donatello's helmet is not removable as my idea was to display the turtles with as least armour possible, and looking as close to original characters as possible, just with that MotU buck format we all love.🙂 I will certainly check what is going on under that helmet though, and see if I can customise the head. 😃 As usual, great video and thanks for the early look into these! 🙂
Thanks for watching the review! I think this Turtles concept is awesome! I can see these figures being hit or miss for some people. The helmet can technically come off. But it looks like a cut peg hole all across the back. Maybe some custom work can help. I can see another variant with a plain head down the road.!
Might just get the turtles shredder & krang, if they are $20’sh & easy to get. My motu shelf’s full of figures. I’m afraid they’ll get lost in the crowd . Tempting…very tempting! Ps. Thanks for always getting your hands on these super early. I remember you did that with keldor & Kronos orgins. Before it was so easy to get. Super cool set
Thanks for stopping in to check out the review as always! I hear ya with too many figures in the collection. I have putting my newer figures in a box for now. I'm also out of room. I think these came out really cool. But I can see people cherry picking the line because of space or interest in certain figures. Shredder and Krang are must have figures. I can't can't wait for those to come out. I will try to get them early if I can as well👍
Thanks for checking the review out! Yeah, I also think that shell could have had pegs on the back to use it without the armor. There are ways to customize or attach it with putty or stick tape.
Yeah I heard some other comments one time about the idea of Playmates doing a cross over or articulation simular to the Origins as you mentioned! The Origins definitely delivered that to this Donatello Figure so far. I think he came out great for Origins! Thanks for stopping in and sharing your comments 👍
Thanks for stopping in to wish me a happy Thanksgiving! You also have a Happy Thanksgiving and stay well. Yeah, this turtles line will be a hit for some and a pass for others! Only collect what you like!👍
The artwork on the comic is next level . They need to keep this artist . Amazing . The figure is ok , donny is little Boring but I think leo and mutated heman is gona be great .
The comic art is beautiful! I look forward to the USA release with the story and words. Donny is ok. I'm looking forward to Leo, and that mutated He-man as well! Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts ✌️
I smell custom Turtle heads from Barbarossa Customs down the line. Especially with Donny here. Raph has removable helmet, as for Mikey, that's yet to be seen.
I can totally see customs from barbossa with that head and other Ninja turtles from Origins. The helmet can be removed. But the head has a peg cut and glue from what I see. I think Mattel will put out another head or variant for this figure down the road! Thanks for watching as always 👍
LOL. Yeah, I kind of see that myself with the armor off and the asthetics of this figure! I still think the Origins did a good job with the cross-over design for Turtles! Thanks for watching 👍
MOTU & TMNT were my two favorite franchises growing up. I didn't have high hopes for this crossover, but the more I see, the more it's winning me over. You seen the Slash/Faker figure yet?
Thanks for watching! Motu is my favorite line. I was never a big Ninja Turtle collector. But I have to say, after seeing this figure in hand as well as the new Man-At-Arms. They are awesome and will definitely be a favorite line for people who like the Turtles and Origins! I'm all in now👍
Thanks for stopping in to check the review out! I'm glad to hear you like this. Turtles crossover and figures. I think the two figures i got in hand look good so far! Yes, I think that's leather head in that comic. Maybe the figure could be a combination of Mer-Man and whiplash plus a crocodile head👍
Thanks for checking the review out! Yeah, I'm really like these turtles for the Origins line. I wish the helmet was removable, and the shell could be used easier on the back without the armor or modification. But he still looks great as is!👍
Lol..No never!!! Lol. He looks really cool. I was never a Turtles collector! But im all in with this line just after seeing Donatello so far. Hang tight! These are coming next year to retailers. Thanks for watching and sharing your positive thoughts 👍
They integrated the TMNT but still nothing on the POP line. 🤔 Not sure about this line. I'll decide if I see them in stores, but I highly doubt it since both Target and Walmart had not updated any of their shelves around me. 😪
I'm surprised they haven't put POP figures in the Origins yet! Maybe that door will be open with the cartoon characters lines next year. It might be a filmation rights issue. I'm not sure if Mattel has permission or the rights from filmation still. I think this Turtles line looks really cool! But it will be hit or miss for many people. Hopefully Targets and Wallmarts will stock these next year. But it depends on the store locations I guess. Thanks for watching 👍
I'm actually more looking forward to the Leonardo figure since he's my favourite Turtle but this Donatello figure looks cool. And it makes sense that he'd be a mash up of Man At Arms.
Thanks for watching! I'm also looking forward to Leo. He is also my Favorite Turtle! I like the Design of this Donatello. I wish the Helmet removed easy. But it's still a great Origins figure.
Thanks for stopping in to check out the review! Yeah I wish the Helmet came off easier. It can be removed but I think the head will have a big peg cut in it. I can't wait to get Leonardo! He's probley my favorite Turtles in the Francise👍
I actually like Turtles design in this line compared to MOTU figures. Donny is exceptional indeed, however as you rightly pointed out, the helmet should been a removable thing ! It's a big.. BIG miss actually. Also, while the "shell to shield" is an amazing idea, Mattel should have also made the shell workable without the MAA inspired armour. But that's why made those tiny shell sculpts in the back as a replacement ?? 😂😂 Definitely getting all the turtles from this line. But MOTU figures ?? IDK... I may have to wait for the 2nd wave to decide.
Thanks for checking this review out and sharing your comments! The helmet is technically removable but still glued and plugged to the head. So even if you took it off, I'm assuming there is a plug cut in the back of the head from what I can see. It definitely should have been removable with a normal turtle head. I also love the shell as a shield. You can always use double stick take or putting on the back to stick the shell on without the armor. I think this turtle crossover line is really cool, and I will be picking these all up as they become available! But of course, I want the rest of the Vintage inspired Origins figures finished or first 👍
@nikoszparaszkevopulosz5522 Thanks for watching! Yeah, they probably cut staff and added the other part to Man- at- Arms to make people buy both figures who just wanted one or the other and to build that full staff. Just like a build a figure.
@Mighty-VizioN Oh, that's a no-brainer! I'm sure Mattel has been trying to get that license or have talked about that concept! Thundercats and Origins would kill!👍
It's all good! I can see this being a big hit for some and a pass for others! Only collect what you enjoy! Thundercats and Origins would be a dream come true!👍
Yes! These are gonna be retail figures in spring of 2024. Maybe sooner. Targets are supposed to get these. But it depends on your stores! Thanks for watching 👍
Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing both Raph and Leo at some point. I also like those two turtles, the best from the Turtles franchise! Thanks for checking the review out and sharing your thoughts 👍
Yeah I took a better look at it after the review. I'm reviewing the new Man-At-Arms now. I also bring his comic in again and point out the new Teela and Michelangelo with long hair! Thanks for watching 👍
What!? How?😂 EDIT: Great review! I’m really digging this line and cannot wait to get them all. So much fun. The only thing which sucks is the international no words comic and cardback. So in the UK (an English speaking country) we will get a comic with no English words in it, even though the US release has it, crazy decision. Other than that a great figure.
frankly suprised how Mattel willing to take 'the hits' with these type of super niche releases instead of doing it on Creations as a limited /group fund release etc.. their other toys must be selling like hot cakes recently or their stocks soaring lol ;)
I agree! I think the fan base or overall sales on this Origins sub line of Turtles or a cross over line will be very mixed from the comments I read so far. These are expensive tooling and license property figures to do. So yeah it looks likes the Origins are doing ok or Mattel is just trying a shot in the dark to see what hits! I think they are awesome! Thanks for watching and sharing your comments 👍
So question what's up with figures coming with build a figure parts ? There are plenty of pictures that have been posted of the toy's in packaging. Have you seen them yet ?
Thanks for stopping in to check out the review! Yes, I heard about the build a figure that will be part of this Turtles of Grayskull line. The first part or parts will come with the exclusive box figure Mouse- Jaw. But there's no other info that I'm familiar with as far as what other figures will come with the other parts. I'm guessing it's all gonna be the boxed or exclusive figures in each wave. If you look up images online or Google for Mouse jaw.in box, it shows a picture of what the build a figure will look like.
@@Themanchlid yeah I was kinda wondering if maybe that will be the 2nd line of the toy's that will be coming with the build a figure parts 🤔 and I'm kinda lost on the fact that I've seen nothing about skeletor at all ...
@zugalo333 Details are still very early on a lot of this line and future figures. The only Motu crossed figure into the Turtles line from Eternia is Man-At-Arms, which I also reviewed. I also have the new Mutant He-man coming next week. As far as figures like Teela and Skeletor in the crossover goes. There haven't been any teases yet. I'm sure we will get some next year about a Skeletor in the line and more on the build of figures.
Thanks for checking the out! Yeah that works too. I didn't want to spend to much time with details like that! Many Origins are always set up with an open hand on the left side forca shield of they come with one. The armor set up on the left side is a defensive set up and it makes sense to put the shield on that side and then the staff on the side with no armor to be more flexible for attacking. But you can set it up how ever you want too!👍
That sounds good! I wasn't a turtle collector. But after seeing this figure and having all the other origins. I'm all in, too!👌 Thanks for stopping in to check out the review!
These figures aren't supposed to hit the USA retailers until the spring of 2024. Donny and Leo will bring wave 1. Raph will be part of wave 2, and Micy will be an exclusive figure. I'm not sure of the details yet. These figures I got were Early International Samples from a seller on ebay. Thanks for watching and sharing your comments 👍
I just don't know about this line man they should have used the money to continue to make a wider distribution for the origins all stores is over full with reissues and the recent turtle movie figures they are not selling as a single property
Thanks for watching and sharing youre thoughts on this Crossover line. I guess Mattel didn't want to keep pushing money for more distribution to a bunch of stores unless they are exclusives. A lot of the Motu line just sits on clearance even if they get newer figures. I think this Turtles line and the filmation figures will also hit retailers. But most of the sales are online through BBTS and other places. Maybe Mattel is also seeing if this Crossover property will sell better at retail than just plain Motu which has a good fan base but I think Turtles has a bit more of all ages.
I'm sure more snake figures and repaints will come out for Origins. That's nothing new with reusing pre-existing tooled parts for costs. Thanks for stopping in and sharing your thoughts
It is disappointing the helmet doesnt come off or at least they could have included an unhelmeted head sculpt. The other thing that bothers me a little bit, this is turtles in the motu line, but it appears the turtles are getting better treatment than the motu line has given its own characters when it comes to sculpt details and paint apps. None of the origins man at arms have the paint work on the armor like what donatello has here. Dont get me wrong, overall i really like what theyve done here, but i feel like they, (mattel), have been kind of lazy/cheap up to this point.
Thanks for checking the review out! I understand what you're saying about the Helmet and certain design choices. The Helmet can technically come off. But I think the head has a plug in cut in the front and back. Mine is also glued on..I think they will release a regular version down the road. If they included another head, then this would probably be deluxe. I like the cross over with this line. But I am also dissapointed with certain little features like that as well. I also want more attention with the Original MOTU Origins figures and the rest of the vintage inspired figures to be done. Hopefully we will see those soon!👍
The comics don't have any words in mine because I think this is an international release. But I can look into trying to get the images online somehow!👍
They are awesome if you like the Origins and the Ninja Turtles. I think Donatello in hand looks great! I hope these get to retail soon! Thanks for watching 👍
I can't wait for Leo and that Trap-jaw. They look the best. Leo is my favorite turtle in the series. Those are good pick choices! Thanks for watching and sharing your comments 👍
Glad you got the jump on this Man Child over other ToyTubers as you actually engage with the viewers even if they arent Patreons, many dont. Will also watch the Man-At-Arms video when it comes out, however i really am on the fence with this sub line, i dont think its really that great and have lost some respect for Mattel with the rip off build a figure move.
Thanks for watching the reviews as always! Yeah I don't ask for money to talk with the fans or viewers! I'm gonna start working on Man-At-Arms today. I think he also looks really cool. I have to admit, I wasn't interested in this Cross over at first. I didn't even collect turtles. But after getting these two figures in hand, I'm hooked. I like the idea of new figures that can mix with the Origins line. Of coarse I will also want the Original figures and the rest of the Vintage inspired figures first, They are coming next year according to Mattel! I think this line will be mixed for certain people. Only pick up what you like. I'm probley gonna get them all now!👌
@@Themanchlid Yep, seeing them 'in hand' is definitely the point to say yes or no if its for you. I will hold out till i see some more in the range as per your advice before making final judgement.
@@SecretOfMonkeyIsland784 Sounds good! I honestly think if you like the Turtles franchise and the Origins franchise, then you will like some of these figures on hand. Hopefully you can find some of these in retail or a store later next year. Then seeing the figure in hand or even the card might help. That Donatello looks great in hand. The video only dose so much!
4:13 WAIT A MINUTE! Why does Michaelangelo have blonde hair & a ponytail??? Don't tell me they're gonna fuck up my favorite Turtle. Oh God! I have a bad feeling about this. 🙁 And why hasn't anybody else mentioned that this is the first time seeing Mikey??? You should post a separate video about Mikey & Teela before anybody else. You can break the news to everybody.
Yeah I saw the images of those characters in the comics. I'm assuming that's how the figures will look at first. I haven't really seen any close up images of those yet. So I don't know if it's good to report what the comic shows because those pieces might be removable. I would rather wait for the figures in hand first. I think Mattel will make regular versions down the road as well. Thanks for watching and sharing your suggestions and thoughts 👍
I love TMNT and MOTU but this just doesn't do it for me. I think if you could strip them down into turtles then maybe it'd have peaked some interest, but as they are now, they are uninspiring design and in my personal opinion not a must have.
Thanks for checking the review out and sharing you're thoughts! Yeah I can see this line being a hit or miss for the reasons you mentioned for many Origins or Turtles collectors! I like what they did so far. I can see regular versions coming down the road to Origins in a four pack or Something!👌
So, this meets expectations for what you'd get if you mashed the two franchises together. For me personally this is too off the beaten path and instead of expanding MOTU it's going this route. Eh, fine, -enjoy folks.
Thanks for checking the review out and sharing your thoughts! Yeah I'm honestly fine with the crossover and seeing new things in the Origins line. Yes I want the Vintage inspired Origins figures finished up and more then the Turtles. Mattel said they promise to finish those figures up and they will start going on for sale on Mattel Creations next year. I'm guessing we will see figures like Syclone, Rokkon and Extendar being released once a month or on Mattel Creations in spring of 2024. They will be first Vintage inspired figures to be released as they were already showed.
Ah, I'm happy with it! The comic doesn't have wording. I'll try to get Leo in the American release, and he will probably have the same comic, but with words and a bio.👌
@@williamrandall9502packaging goes into the recycle or garbage bin, the comics are read once and then go into a storage bag along with the tens of other comics and we call it a day.
A Ninja with armor...lame. An unbalanced mace bo-staff, lame. A turtle with a shield extra lame. I do not know what mattel is thinking trying to sell this crap.
Hello Manchild! The figure design reminds me of the "best" turtles movie: Turtles III ! I think that this figures are not worth of your talent or time... its just cashgrab trash and mocking... Hope something better will come soon. F* this line! Good work like always (just sorry and my eyes are bleeding)
Thanks for watching. Even though you don't like the line. I think there are a ton of people that always wished for a turtle cross over. It honestly wasn't something on my mind as i never collected turtles, but I did grow up with the brand. I honestly like the designs and concepts. Of course, I want all the Vintage inspired Origins completed first. Hopefully, later next year, I will be reviewing many of those that finally became a reality!👌
@@Themanchlid Then look at the playmate (vintage inspired remakes) turtles now (wave 1 and 2 are out). wave 1 are the 4 storage shell turtles and wave 2 are i think 5 or 6 mutants. And tell me what you think! From Mattel i want only see vintage origins news soon (without lazyness recycling old ideas), otherwise its over. Its more like a fever dream that finally became reality! I think i am in a wrong timeline.
@iliasfog8857 again! I'm not a regular collector of the Turtles. I did always like the concept, though. The world is changing quickly now, and so is toy collecting.
@@Themanchlid When you are not a regular Turtles Collector then Mattel has reached their goal of selling you Turtles fully. A Miracle! (would it be a show it would be called "Trap Quest") What has changed? Not quickly doing things and making tasteless nonsense instead? Yes?! Again, sorry for my harsh words, but you know that you only get my honest oppinion (uncut)! (Masters of WWE, Masters of Sun-Man, Masters of Stranger Thing, Masters of Filmation, Masters of Turtles...)
I pulled the Helmet off as much as I can. Mine has glue on it and I can see the peg cut in the back. It has a somewhat of a regular turtle head. But I don't think it's has a cut or grove from what I see. If I get another I will pull the Helmet apart!
@@Themanchlid The ultimate Masters of the Universe Origins crossover for me would be Conan The Barbarian!
Thanks for the review buddy, very well done, I reallly enjoiy your reviews!
Thanks for watching as always bud! I appreciate the support and Happy Thanksgiving 👍
That Krang will be my sole pick-up. One of the few designs that’s better than the original.
@TaylorTrask Yeah, I can't wait for the krang Figure. The colors and design look awesome for Origins 👍
I support it all!👍
Wow, I was going to say, I thought these were supposed to drop next year!! Nice come up!
Yeah, they aren't supposed to hit until the spring of next year at retail. I got some early international release samples on eBay. Thanks for watching ✌️
Kinda cool. The he man in the comic looks like a purple Hulk. Which looks cool!
Wtf dude u already have it? 😎😱 love it can’t wait for pre-orders 🥰
Yeah, a seller on eBay had some! He looks awesome! I can't wait for the rest of them and more Preorders to come! Thanks for watching ✌️
Now im hooked with the Origins!!😆

As usual, great video and thanks for the early look into these! 🙂
Thanks for watching the review! I think this Turtles concept is awesome! I can see these figures being hit or miss for some people. The helmet can technically come off. But it looks like a cut peg hole all across the back. Maybe some custom work can help. I can see another variant with a plain head down the road.!
Best ever review! 💯✌🏼
Thanks for checking the review out! I appreciate hearing your thoughts and feedback 👍
I will try to get them early if I can as well👍
Fantastic brother this looks to be the best one.. well that and Moss Man,
Thanks for watching, brother! I absolutely love it. And I'm not a turtle collector! But I am now with the Origins! Mossman is also a great figure👍
Love it, they definitely should of had the shell attach to the back without the armor. Thanks for the review 👍
Thanks for checking the review out! Yeah, I also think that shell could have had pegs on the back to use it without the armor. There are ways to customize or attach it with putty or stick tape.
Agree, the shell not fitting without the armour being in place is just wrong
@@SecretOfMonkeyIsland784 👍
Well we wanted Playmates to do a retro TMNT line with MOTU origins articulation so I guess Mattel delivered on what might have been!
Yeah I heard some other comments one time about the idea of Playmates doing a cross over or articulation simular to the Origins as you mentioned! The Origins definitely delivered that to this Donatello Figure so far. I think he came out great for Origins! Thanks for stopping in and sharing your comments 👍
Even though I have no interest in these, just wanted to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving sir! Stay healthy and eat well. :)

Amazing . The figure is ok , donny is little
Boring but I think leo and mutated heman is gona be great .
I can see Mattel doing all the Turtles without any Armor on at a later date as per the mini comic.
Oh yeah totally! I can see that down the road too. Thanks for watching as always 👍
Im getting battletoads vibes when the armor is taken off from this figure lol
I'm all in now👍
I’ll be getting some of these. My 2 favorite franchises. I noticed a leatherhead in that comic, maybe mixed with mer-man?
Thanks for stopping in to check the review out! I'm glad to hear you like this. Turtles crossover and figures. I think the two figures i got in hand look good so far! Yes, I think that's leather head in that comic. Maybe the figure could be a combination of Mer-Man and whiplash plus a crocodile head👍
Epick fig thankyou for sharing i wish they painted his shell in his back
Thanks for checking the review out! Yeah, I'm really like these turtles for the Origins line. I wish the helmet was removable, and the shell could be used easier on the back without the armor or modification. But he still looks great as is!👍
Interesting line! Great video bro
Thanks for stopping in, bro! Yeah, I think it's gonna be a good mix with the Origins 👌

I’ll trade you my lunch for your Donatello… I got a snack-pac in it. Lol. I’m so dang jealous.
Lol..No never!!! Lol. He looks really cool. I was never a Turtles collector! But im all in with this line just after seeing Donatello so far. Hang tight! These are coming next year to retailers. Thanks for watching and sharing your positive thoughts 👍
He looks cool, despite what some people are saying I think it's a fun line!
Thanks for checking the review out! I'm happy to hear you also like the design! I really like the new look and the figures in the line so far👍
They integrated the TMNT but still nothing on the POP line. 🤔
Not sure about this line.
Yeah, I would be better if the helmet was removable.
@@nerdicwarrior Totally! Technically it is or can be removed But it looks pegged and glued. So its probley not a full head or it has peg cuts.
Oh man, this figure would be perfect if helmet came off. The leonardo is absolutely awesome.
Thanks for stopping in to check out the review! Yeah I wish the Helmet came off easier. It can be removed but I think the head will have a big peg cut in it. I can't wait to get Leonardo! He's probley my favorite Turtles in the Francise👍
Very cool. Looks like Raph will have a Ram Man look and Mickey might have a Battle Armor vibe.
Yeah, he looks really cool! Raph definitely has a Ram Man look from the images I saw. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts 👍
The Ram Man mutated into a Ram figure is pretty awesome as well.
@travisboyle285 I'm looking forward to getting and reviewing that figure, too!👍
I actually like Turtles design in this line compared to MOTU figures. 😂😂
Definitely getting all the turtles from this line.
But of course, I want the rest of the Vintage inspired Origins figures finished or first 👍
Looks awsome butt why his bo staff is cut in half i mean you need buy man-at-arms just too build the weapon
@nikoszparaszkevopulosz5522 Thanks for watching! Yeah, they probably cut staff and added the other part to Man- at- Arms to make people buy both figures who just wanted one or the other and to build that full staff. Just like a build a figure.
This line is pass for me, i really don't like this new figures. But hey... if they decide to make a MOTU - Thundercats crossover, i' m in!
I love the cross over and now I want a thundercats cross over to haha
If we get a ThunderCats crossover..... Everyone will be in. That's a major event😂
@Mighty-VizioN Oh, that's a no-brainer! I'm sure Mattel has been trying to get that license or have talked about that concept!

That comic was my first look at Battle Armor Michaelangelo and you also could get a better look at Teela.
Yeah I took a better look at it after the review. I'm reviewing the new Man-At-Arms now. I also bring his comic in again and point out the new Teela and Michelangelo with long hair! Thanks for watching 👍
What!? How?😂
EDIT:
Great review! I’m really digging this line and cannot wait to get them all. So much fun. The only thing which sucks is the international no words comic and cardback. So in the UK (an English speaking country) we will get a comic with no English words in it, even though the US release has it, crazy decision. Other than that a great figure.
Thanks for stopping in as always! Some seller on eBay had a case of these figures early!
Yeah, the international release usually doesn't have words. I think that's where this early figure came from and is not the official US release.
Very cool!
Thanks for checking it out and your positive feedback 👍💯
frankly suprised how Mattel willing to take 'the hits' with these type of super niche releases instead of doing it on Creations as a limited /group fund release etc.. their other toys must be selling like hot cakes recently or their stocks soaring lol ;)
Beautiful
Totally! I think he came out awesome! Thanks for watching 👌
I'm sure we will get some next year about a Skeletor in the line and more on the build of figures.
amazing! thank you!
Thanks for checking it out! This Turtles line is amazing, to say the least!👍
I would have Donnie hold the shield in his right hand, to cover his naked arm.
But you can set it up how ever you want too!👍
Lookin good
Thanks for the view and comments! He really looks good in hand👍
I'm all in

Espero que salgan 100 o 200 más figuras de los snake men y mas repintados sin lugar a dudas lo mejor de la colección son las figuras relleno
For this and man at arms could you upload the comics online?
The comics don't have any words in mine because I think this is an international release. But I can look into trying to get the images online somehow!👍

4:13 WAIT A MINUTE! Why does Michaelangelo have blonde hair & a ponytail??? Don't tell me they're gonna fuck up my favorite Turtle. Oh God! I have a bad feeling about this. 🙁
And why hasn't anybody else mentioned that this is the first time seeing Mikey??? You should post a separate video about Mikey & Teela before anybody else. You can break the news to everybody.
Yeah I saw the images of those characters in the comics. I'm assuming that's how the figures will look at first. I haven't really seen any close up images of those yet. So I don't know if it's good to report what the comic shows because those pieces might be removable.
I would rather wait for the figures in hand first. I think Mattel will make regular versions down the road as well. Thanks for watching and sharing your suggestions and thoughts 👍
How!?!
Some sellers on Ebay had a case of these! Thanks for checking out the review already 👍
How do you have this!?
Some Ebay seller got a case early. I think these are international release versions.
You got international version? That's so lame. I would have waited for the US version, it's so much better.
Ah, I'm happy with it! The comic doesn't have wording. I'll try to get Leo in the American release, and he will probably have the same comic, but with words and a bio.👌
What's better? Aren't the figures exactly the same? I couldn't care less about the packaging or comic.

A Ninja with armor...lame.
An unbalanced mace bo-staff, lame.
A turtle with a shield extra lame.
I do not know what mattel is thinking trying to sell this crap.
They are just trying something different with a popular franchise of figures mixed with another popular franchise and mixing thing up a bit!
A Miracle! (would it be a show it would be called "Trap Quest")
What has changed? Not quickly doing things and making tasteless nonsense instead? Yes?!
Again, sorry for my harsh words, but you know that you only get my honest oppinion (uncut)!
(Masters of WWE, Masters of Sun-Man, Masters of Stranger Thing, Masters of Filmation, Masters of Turtles...)
No go Figure🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
That's fair! Thanks for stopping in and sharing your thoughts 👍
Perfect turtle head uder there, go ahead and peel it off
I pulled the Helmet off as much as I can. Mine has glue on it and I can see the peg cut in the back. It has a somewhat of a regular turtle head. But I don't think it's has a cut or grove from what I see. If I get another I will pull the Helmet apart!
doh i need these
They look great! I want them all now! Thanks for watching ✌️
