I have not seen the whole episode yet but I HAD to answer. There but fir the grace of God go I. I had severe agitated depression during the most difficult years if my career. That could have been me. It truly is, my brother just had open heart surgery on 10/3, he was in ICU right afterwards, his first nurse was moving in his room no. Stop from 3pm until her shot ended at 7pm, he had 5-6 different infusions going on, plus checking his vitals every few minutes and treating, then his night nurse was equally as impressive, by then my brother was more alert and the anesthesia was clearing out, plus his local anesthetics that had been keeping his surgical pain from his chest being cracked open, and wires, plates, and screws along with drainage tubes and a 15 inch incision. That nurse was on the move 50 minutes out of every hour all night long, and did it silently so we both could sleep. His night nurse shared with me that he goes to the gym every morning when getting off work, if it’s been a terrible night he pounds the weights, and runs, if it was rewarding but exhausting he does cardio and hits the sauna. I can just hear these character witnesses practicing their endorsements. The defense atty feeds prepared questions &, like robots, the responses just flow.
These defense attorneys are closet novel writers. They make up such great stories. My granddaughter was born with tumors in her entire excretory system and will need a sphincter monitor her whole life.
And this man is an LVN and wants RN with this kind of drinking and impaired behaviors? He needs suspension of any nursing licensure or attempts to get higher license. He needs full consequence of behaviors from nightclub drinking which caused the now-appearance in front of the judge. Then he needs correct addressing the drinking before or if ever allowed to practice nursing in any capacity. Just heard the particulars from our esteemed Judge Stephanie. As a registered nurse of 40 years and being retired over 1 year- most definitely from leaving then coming back with a gun and firing it? That is attempted murder. Nope he should lose his license for good and all and stay in prison a very long time. Even defense attorney recognizes he may lose his career for his choices. Only 2 years? He needs to lose nursing.
Why not get married, if he truly Loves you he will marry you. What l tell you, when you drink to much something is going to happen. As my Mom said she call it Ignorant Juice, because it definitely makes people act IGNORANT as hell. Their was no shame in his game and actions. He really could’ve killed someone, then what, “I am Sorry “, that’s to late.
How do you know he was dedicated to saving lives?? How do you know this is the first time he did something like this?? Maybe this was just the first time he was caught or he’s being held accountable?? Obviously he has a severe drinking problem and has been a juicer for awhile and his family is doing him no favors by lying for him. Traveling nurses are extremely well paid but while on the road they obviously have time on their hands which he obviously spent drinking. He shows very little remorse when he easily could have killed people.
I completely agree with the judge. He was intoxicated and intended on driving as well. He may be a nurse, he might even be a good nurse, but that behavior was a choice, explain to me why he had any firearms in his vehicle, not to mention more than one… No one in his family seemed bent on begging for his release. Look at the mess he put his wife and children in, I have no doubt he’s got Napoleonic complex and that’s why he felt the need to have so much fire power at his fingertips, over compensating. He also didn’t seem to show remorse, you would have heard me say “I don’t even know who I was that night, I’m mortified by my actions, and yes your honor I did drink last night, I’m disgusted with myself, I truly have come to the realization that I cannot walk away from alcohol on my own, I stood and looked at myself in the mirror questioning so many decisions I’ve made over the last X amount of time since the incident, I truly regret my actions and it’s only by the Grace of God no one was injured. I’m willing to surrender my fire arms, and even though there is no restitution asked by the victims I would like to make amends to my community by offering services as the court sees fit utilizing my education in the medical field.” Addicts can’t make the right choices, and I cannot for the life of me understand why lawyers choose to use the word MISTAKE, a mistake is thinking you grabbed Wolf Brand Chili without beans, getting home and realizing you gotta pick the beans out before putting it on your hot dog. Stop saying mistake or accident.
He suddenly realised he was an alcoholic when his attorney told him that it was his one chance to get a non custodial sentence. He just testified that he was working as a nurse during this time, so it’s scary to think that he was administering medications and doing various procedures while having the kind of alcohol problem that he could pull a gun and fire it in anger. He should not work around vulnerable people.
The thing is just because you realize you have a problem you don't go out and get help i am an addict and I used for 10 years knowing I had a problem i am 4 years clean today but I know it took me almost dying to get clean I have had heart surgery and everything I'm still fighting for my life.
He’s married and he was out drinking instead of home with his wife and kids! I would think he is a problem drinker . And doesn’t has any respect for his family!

No, nobody is perfect. However, some of us aren't out getting drunk, intending to drive that way, starting fights and getting mad when we lose so we hop in our car to grab one of 2 guns and open fire on a building with INNOCENT people inside. If you want to believe that his violent acts are on par with swearing, that's your right. Frankly, I find it astounding that you're incapable of seeing the difference. Regardless, others feel differently and that's our right. Perhaps you should take that into consideration before you start telling people they're wrong because your beliefs, religious or otherwise, disagree.

Some nurses committed suicide over the covid so sad 😢
A "medical ""professional,"" acting like this?!?! How about a 51/50 or Baker Act, as some call it?? "Yes, he's crazy and psycho, a little bit psycho..." (sing it)
I can just hear these character witnesses practicing their endorsements. The defense atty feeds prepared questions &, like robots, the responses just flow.
It's a sick game. You can basically hire any "expert" to say anything you want, too
He looks like Gold Finger mini me is The penguin 🐧 🤣🤣🤣
Just once I would like to see a trial without sob stories.
So he’s not a nurse. And won’t be a caregiver either.
Oh, gee, was coming up with dance moves for tictok too stressful?
And shaming and being mean to patients who ask for help is very hard 😂
60 Hours per week, as a Traveling LVN is NOTHING!!!!!! My sister was the same and was working doubles and triples. Give me a BREAK!!
5 x 12hr shifts a week as a nurse is a lot. Your sister didn’t work 36 hr shift. No one believes that
Why is she not on TV with HER own show?? 🔥🔥❤
I call it the devil's drink
I have been an RN for over 40 years and have never been violent. His defense of stress because of his job is no excuse for his violence.
Now he is going to say he is a drunk!
I completely agree with the judge. He was intoxicated and intended on driving as well. He may be a nurse, he might even be a good nurse, but that behavior was a choice, explain to me why he had any firearms in his vehicle, not to mention more than one…
No one in his family seemed bent on begging for his release. I’m willing to surrender my fire arms, and even though there is no restitution asked by the victims I would like to make amends to my community by offering services as the court sees fit utilizing my education in the medical field.”
Addicts can’t make the right choices, and I cannot for the life of me understand why lawyers choose to use the word MISTAKE, a mistake is thinking you grabbed Wolf Brand Chili without beans, getting home and realizing you gotta pick the beans out before putting it on your hot dog. Stop saying mistake or accident.
I'm sorry I got caught and now must face the music. Gimme a break😂
Judge Boyd had her grizzly bear face on for this entire hearing..I knew she wasn’t gonna hesitate to teach this fella his life lesson
So sad to be where he is in life

Did his nursing dying Covert patients trigger his drinking outbreak?
Just a suggestion, but a short summary of the case, either spoken or written, would really help set up the clip.
JUDGE S. BOYD for PRESIDENT!
No she lets too many people slide
He’s married and he was out drinking instead of home with his wife and kids! I would think he is a problem drinker . And doesn’t has any respect for his family!
Of course e does , no one to have to support his family . Plus he will be fired ! The family guy could married the mother of his children , he is supposedly a man of god but he didn’t marry her . What a cowardly man , doesn’t take responsibility for!
Build the wall.
That itty bitty dude?
Blah Blah Blah
One without sun cast the first stone. Sin is sin. None of you are perfect, so quit acting like it!!!!!
Okey Dokey
So much thanks for your Sunday RUclips proverb.
Sorry so are u saying u would like a Drunk looking after u in Hospital God help u if u would I've been in Hospital many times esp in the last yr i don't want a Monster like him anywhere nr me or any other vulnerable person
Tubby won't do well in shower block D for 2 years.
