I really appreciate that you talk about your relationship with food. I’ve had a pretty bad relationship with food in the past, it got better, and now it’s bad again with being back at college. It’s hard to feel stuck like this and that it will always be like this. Seeing how much you’ve been able to change your mindset gives me hope, as cheesy as that is lol.

I’ve always had a bad relationship with food, struggled with an eating disorder, and now with my weight up, the holiday season is so so hard for me. I actually have my first appointment with my gyno tomorrow to see if I have PCOS, since I’ve been dealing with some of the signs of it. I’m nervous, but hopefully this helps everything make sense. Love you Rem!
