Bun dosai
Madurai style Bun Dosai, also known as Bun Dosa, is a unique variation of the traditional South Indian dosa, originating from the city of Madurai in Tamil Nadu, India. It is characterized by its thick, fluffy, and spongy texture, which sets it apart from the typical thin and crispy dosa.

Ingredients:
•White Rava 150g
•Rice flour 2 tbsp
•Yogurt (curd) 2 tbsp
•Salt to taste
•ENO 1/4 tsp
•
Tempering for Dosa:
•Onion medium 1
•Cashews 25g
•Coconut 25g (small pieces cut)
•Green chillies 2
•Jeera 1/2 tsp
•Mustard 1/2tsp
•Curry leaves 1 sticks (few)
•Ghee 2 tsp
Carrot chutney:
•Carrot 3
•Green chillies 5
•Ginger 1 piece (small)
•Tamarind 10g
•Channa dal 1 tbsp
•Urid dal 2 tbsp
•Salt to taste
•Oil 2 tbsp
Chutney Thalippu:
•Mustard & urid dal 1/2tsp
•Red dry chilli 1
•Curry leaves (few)
•Oil 2tbsp

Hi Ramesh sir. Do you use yoghurt bought from the supermarket for fermentation or do you make your own yoghurt? I ask this because I use supermarket yoghurt for fermentation and do not get bubbles after minutes like your recipe.😊

I bought from supermarket,you can do your self also is good 👍 just keep 30minutes in kitchen room temperature quickly you will get better fermentation 😊👍💐
