im glad to see another upload, you have certain fun to your playstyle i want to be able to emulate, it's fun to watch someone who plays and enjoys themself so much thank you for being an inspiration for new tekken and Hwoarang players like myself and many others
I actually saw that Google doc reply on your twitter and I don't even play Hwo but I had to save it cuz its the kind of hardwork that I cannot see go to waste and its the kind of thing that I have done for my characters Being able to reliably wall splat with your character regardless of how close or far the wall is, while maximizing the damage before the wall splat is a very underrated skill in this game and it takes a lot of research, practice, experience and instinct. I couldn't pick up Bryan cuz I couldn't figure out these things in the heat of the moment during his combos and getting clean wall splats seemed to be a huge part of the character's optimization. It was waayy too easy to get off axis wall splats during his combos and/or get too much wall carry which screws up the combo.
There's a ton of small factors in getting your combos just right that is easy to overlook but it can make the difference between winning and losing. It's not easy at all and the work Signia did on that doc is incredible.
This was awesome to watch! Ty for uploading. Any chance you could do a Ft10 vs Glaciating (and other top NA players, but I personally just care about Glaciating)?
Tekken 8 is so sick. How can people legitimately complain about this game, man. The layers exist in every facet of the game and there's never an end to learning new things. Learning is fun people!
Because it might look sick, it's cancer to be on the receiving end. We can't endlessly glaze the game because every situation is a true 50/50 into plus frames etc. Sidesteps have also been killed in this game and then the monetisation is REALLY bad as well as tournament controversies now. The game doesn't miss a single thing when it comes to being controversial and frustrating.
@@SnowflakeSSQ Man said every situation is a true 50/50. You realise every single character in this game has tools to avoid 50/50's, steal turns as well as use character specific option selects? What makes this game so sick is the fact that there is counter-play to what you face and it's up to you to figure it out. That adds depth to a fighting game.
@@mfbandit7930 Care to explain how there's a bunch of players that consistently win and place high in tournaments if the game is "holding mixups for no reason"? Surely by your statement results would be entirely random. You see in this set with Anakin, Speed had to figure out the counterplay to Anakins option select against Hwoarangs plus frame pressure which was his use of Gamma Howl. Speed lost 4 straight games while he worked his brain on how to deal with it. He came up with the solution of grabbing the Gamma Howl. Now he has a solution for Jack's Gamma Howl and all characters Power Crush. Anakin had to adjust his Gamma Howl option select strategy to just duck instead thus avoiding Speed's grab and he gets a launch off it. What makes this game so sick is the strategy to beat your opponent and his characters options. There's layers to this shit and that makes it fun. Instead of a game of just mechanical skill you have a game that requires a player to think and when you have a game that requires you to think, the learning is endless.
@@mistacrust It's not every single ofc, it's character specific. But when we have +12 ob heat smashes into stances I don't think any parry or option selects can be performed to beat the following 50/50. Ofc its not every 50/50 but way too many times the counter play is way harder than what's being performed or there is none at all.
He doesn't play a ton of ranked, and he changes his ranked account's name constantly so it's hard to track him. He's always near the top of the American ladder on wavu wank, though.
They turned him into a stance mixup oriented character but his stance mixups are able to be option selected. His neutral game is only good because of db1 but all of his t7 neutral tools got nerfed. His new moves from Gigas help wr1+2 being the best of the new moves is very steppable and is i20. No sidestepping except for the most linear moves at range. Tracking is weak and is missing a decent 12&13f punish.
He bought the stage?!? 😂😂
"That's all this game is about, putting PAWS on each other" 😂😂😂😂😂 Keep up the great content my friend!!!! 😂
Damn this stratagist is crazy good, I wish fujin hwo's would play like him 😅
Thanks for the upload SK! More of your hwoarang matches please!
Can't wait for the new vid next year🔥

Speedkicks is the only likable hwoarang player. As a jack main I was rooting for anikin but speedkicks is pretty solid.
That's some impressive gameplay. Especially from a Warrior Azucena player.
Damn, I just wanted to watch the games but now I gotta digest the fact that I gotta put my paws on them

Is this one of the best Tekken 8 sets ever?………maybe.
1:03 - 1:21 is pretty much our coaching session from last week haha. Simple but effective advice.
Finally the streets are fed. It’s been 5 months since we last ate
Ludwig ahh content slop thumbnail goes hard
j/k welcome back SK
NEW SPEED VID? WE ARE SO BACK
This was awesome to watch! Ty for uploading. Any chance you could do a Ft10 vs Glaciating (and other top NA players, but I personally just care about Glaciating)?
RUclips watchers getting fed
"I won't lie........................ he's playing annoying" lolll
Lol this is not the voice sound I was expecting from Speedkicks.

because tekken players arent used to holding mixups for no reason and its fucking obnoxious that we have to in this game due to heat.

is that a baraka custom for jack? that's awesome
So u jus don’t play ranked on that account specifically but u have a ranked account yea ?

yipiee
HOW TF IS JACK LOW TIER?????
Because other characters are high tier 🗣️🗣️
In Tekken 8 low tier don't mean bad.
There is no tier below A in this game with heat being here.
