I built a custom house for the Lego Friends Christmas advent calendar 2021

- I decided that this year's Lego Friend advent calendar required its own custom Christmas house to put all the daily builds into - it's THAT good a calendar 😁. So I tried to replicate (mostly-ish) the picture on the fold out bit of the box because its was so homey and warm (and cute). I mostly followed the idea, what do you think? And now I have a place to put the rest of the builds from the rest of the doors for December, woot!
Hi! If you've just dropped by, I'm Ellie! Stick around and I'll build for you while I review new sets. I tend to geek out about new pieces, interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble. I'm easily distracted so I get stuff wrong which I fix up, mostly, but in the end there is always an awesome model ready for play and display. Now that I looked at them, Olivia, Emma and Stephanie in their little kid form look somewhat like Julie, Holly and Sophie from the dance scene in a tribute I came up with recently. Wish I could have this set sometime soon so I can recreate the tribute with the friends counterparts 🥰

Can We just appreciate Ellie’s fun voice and how inspirational she is
My 8 year old daughter came up with a way for Stephanie to wear the chef hat, whilst keeping her hair on! She placed a pink hair flower on the top of her head and then the hat fits snuggly on top of the flower. You can shake the micro doll and turn her upside down, that hat is not comin’ off, but it comes off easily when you pull it off. I was so impressed that she came up with this and Stephanie is the baker, it works perfectly!
