Do you think Boruto can prove his innocence?

Idk if will probably through another phenomena like omnipotence
    Or maybe reversing it
Till then I still want people to treat him as traitor to give his story a new depth

Unless its reverse, i think he will always be guilty to most

Well, Eida can fall in love with Boruto instead and grant his wish, that could be a pretty crazy plot twist, right? Nah,I'm just kidding but just imagine that😂
I'm just warning you in advance that this is gonna be a long comment, sorry about that but I have a lot to say about this. I know that not many people can post long comments like I do but I'm human though, I can promise you that😅😉
*sighs*😩 Look...unless Eida's omnipotence gets reversed somehow or stopped, Boruto will have a hard time proving his innocence. I honestly believe that Omnipotence must have some kind of weakness/weaknesses that can be used to stop it though or Eida herself can cast omnipotence once again to rewrite the original rewrite that caused Kawaki and Boruto's positions to be switched and in doing so, prove his innocence but that probably won't happen as long as Eida stays on Kawaki's side and still want to help him and work with him.
I think another way to prove his innocence with omnipotence and all is to release Naruto and Hinata from the Daikokuten Dimension to prove to everyone that they are in fact still alive and safe but Kawaki is the only one that can do that and he isn't going to release them anytime soon, unless Boruto or somebody else finds some way to release them from the Daikokuten Dimension themselves. Kawaki is keeping them there to protect them anyway and there is no way he is gonna release them right now with all the dangers and threats going on right now like Code, The Otsutsuki, the Shinju and the ten tails. When you think about it, Naruto and Hinata is kept safe from all these foes right now and maybe Boruto is secretly glad and relieved that they're stuck in that dimension too where no can hurt or kill them, he wouldn't have to worry about losing them too, that are closest to him and he loves and cares about the most.
The other thing is... Boruto said to Kawaki in chapter 15 that there wouldn't be any good that comes from it if he told everyone the truth. Some might choose to believe him and some might not, it would only cause more division and confusion in the end which he would rather avoid. I mean, it makes sense to be honest... the last thing anyone would want right now is people taking sides that causes more division and confusion among them amidst this chaos and crisis everyone is facing with the Shinju, Code and ten tails. Everyone should be in unity instead right now and put there differences aside and help fight and defeat these strong enemies together to save the shinobi world.
That's what basically happened at the 4th great ninja war anyway, the ninjas from the different nations came together and formed the Shinobi Allied Forces and they had to put their differences and issues aside that they had with each other in order to work and fight together in that war. I mean, there can't be division during a war, that would just make things worse. "A house devided against itself cannot stand and every kingdom divided against itself will be laid waste"
As for the torture and interrogation thing, I don't think any sort of torture or interrogation method would have worked on Boruto to let him tell the truth and his secrets since he didn't even spill the truth or any secrets when Ibiki inflicted pain on him. I guess the only best option would have been to let Ino acces his brain and memories while he is unconscious or to let Eida use her senrigan and tell everything that happened since she can see into the past all the way up until her birth or the day she started to exist but only if she wants to help Boruto prove his innocence, that is. But why they didn't use Ino to try and acces his brain I have no idea, I actually thought about the fact that they could use Ino to try and access his memories, before chapter 14 dropped but I guess Ino was more concerned about her son at that time and had other things to do like you said. Maybe they might just consider doing that in the future of the story though, who knows? 🤷🏻‍♀️
The DNA and blood tests thing where Boruto and Himawari's blood and DNA are used to prove their family or related could prove that Boruto is in fact Naruto's biological son and not adopted son but I don't know if they will go down that route and I'm not sure if that would be enough proof either to make more people believe that he is innocent, it might prove that he is Naruto's biological son but not that he didn't kill Naruto. Plus, after Momoshiki ressurected Boruto from the dead, it might have possibly changed Boruto's genes to some extent so genetic proof might not be the best option here. And the pictures of Boruto with his team, family and friends taken long ago in the past won't help either cuz everyone who is immune to omnipotence will just see Kawaki on the pictures instead of Boruto as it alters their memories and mind.
You know, it makes me wonder if ninjas that can use genjutsus are able to be immune to Eida's omnipotence? I don't think her omnipotence is a genjutsu though but more like a reality warping ability. But it is something to think about.
Honestly man, it's all just so hard and complicated and not as easy as one would think to prove Boruto's innocence. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Boruto made peace with his current position and accepted it. He probably didn't really have a choice considering how hard and complicated it is to try and prove his innocence which must be super frustrating for him.
He probably prepared himself for the possibility that he might never be vindicated and that it might be too late before everyone realizes and believes that Boruto is innocent. He is willing to cover for Kawaki and keep the truth about him and Kawaki a secret too at the cost of him staying a fugitive but he told Shikamaru that he wasn't expecting otherwise. He definitely doesn't have any unrealistic expectations right now about him getting his old life back, being vindicated or stop being a fugitive. Besides, that is not his major concern right now anyway. He is more concerned right now about stopping and defeating the Shinju, Ten Tails and Code and the safety and future of the ninja world and everyone he loves and cares about and about getting his master back, restoring his clan and knocking sense into Kawaki😅
The fact that he even told Kawaki to kill him when Momoshiki happens to take over again and control him just shows that he accepted whatever fate is in store for him including dying and getting killed by the hands of Kawaki once again. I don't think people really want to think or talk about it and it's hard to imagine that but.. it's definitely a possibility that Boruto might die in the end saving the Shinobi age and world. Who says that Boruto will still be alive at the end of this story? That might just be people's unrealistic expectations too and not the actual reality of it all. I mean yeah, he is the main character , but that doesn't mean he can't or shouldn't die in the end. We should honestly be prepared for whatever possible outcome, including Boruto dying in the end.
He did technically die at around the end of the Boruto Naruto Next Generations story when Kawaki killed him but then Momoshiki brought him back to life and now he is fully Otsutsuki. So maybe history will repeat itself and Kawaki and Boruto will have to fight each other once again and then both of them have to kill each other because that was probably the only possible outcome even though Boruto doesn't want to kill him and he doesn't want to resort to any option that involves killing Kawaki. But what if that was the only possible outcome? I mean, it would most certainly get rid of Momoshiki if Boruto dies because how is Boruto ever gonna get rid of Momoshiki? Unless he manages to find a way to befriend Momoshiki and they work and fight together like Naruto did with Kurama but I just don't see that happening, like Momoshiki turning into a good guy and helping Boruto? 😅Man, I dunno about that, it's just insane to think about.
But Kawaki wants to get rid of all the Otsutsuki that just wants to destroy the planet and all life on it, that obviously includes himself since he is an Otsutsuki too thanks to his karma mark he got from Isshiki. So if both Kawaki and Boruto dies together it would actually be for the good of the ninja world and to save and protect everyone. But it's just my take and theory on it though and I don't want to see Boruto and Kawaki die in the end but sometimes sacrifices and harsh decisions need to be made, especially when you are a shinobi thst wants to do good for the world no matter what it takes, you know. Boruto was willing to die at Kawaki's hands before in order to get rid of Momoshiki and why wouldn't he be willing to do that again if it means saving the ninja world?
I remember the time skip scene where Kawaki and Boruto faced each other on top of Hokage Mountain or Monument and how he said to Kawaki: "Guess this was the only possible outcome" and "I can't believe you went this far, Kawaki". My question is... what the heck did Kawaki do to make Boruto say that to him and what possible outcome ended up being the only one they had to face? I'm guessing it was a possible outcome that Kashin Koji saw about Boruto and Kawaki that ended up being the ONLY OPTION. Maybe the only option for them ended up being that Boruto and Kawaki had to fight each other and kill each other? 🤷🏻‍♀️😮

I'll add this as a reply since RUclips won't let me post my comment with this part for some reason:
Also, Kawaki said to Boruto: " The age of Shinobi is over" Now what exactly happened to the ninjas that made him say that? And why did Boruto reply with: "Even so...I'm still a shinobi!"
You know what I'm thinking right now?...what if Kawaki wished for the age of shinobi to be over and Eida's omnipotence granted his wish once again and caused everyone that is not immune to omnipotence to not be ninjas anymore but in the process it just made everything worse than it already was. I mean it would then make total sense why Boruto said to Kawaki that he is still a shinobi and that he can't believe that Kawaki went that far and why Kawaki said to Boruto that the age of shinobi is over and that he will send Boruto to the same place where the 7th Hokage is which is obviously Naruto that's sealed away with Hinata in the Daikokuten Dimension. He wants to send Boruto to that dimension and it makes me wonder if he will do the same with Himawari too🤔Eida can definitely rewrite reality again with her omnipotence to help Kawaki so I wouldn't be surprised if Kawaki told her that he wants to do something about this age of shinobi and wished for it to be over.
I just hope that when everyone does realize and believes that Boruto is actually innocent, it won't be too late. Boruto could die before most people finds out and believes that he is innocent.
