It depends on individuals. Jar jemon capability. Investing 3-4 hours daily for 8-10 months might be good enough.

I don't know the exact number. Tarc fee has been increased after I completed my my residential semester. Per credit fee has been increased too. So kindly refer to the university website that should have all the information.
