hey there! the template is lender-specific in this case. I'd recommend asking the lender or broker you're working with to provide you with the template for that specific lender. if someone works for me for example, I'll whip out a different template possibly for each lender I take them to. let me know if you have a scenario and we can talk through it: fernando@remotelendr.com
