In Memoriam Christopher Moriarty

- This is a tribute to my late friend Christopher Moriarty. It's a project we had been working on together for about 10 years, adding bits and pieces every now and then. Unfortunately over the years files were lost due to a major hard disc failure (which happened during a complete system back-up), so for one reason or another we never got to repeat the lost video and audio files and now that Christopher is no longer with us I've decided to make a couple of short videos using the files I still have. They will never be the complete River Dodder documentary we had intended but I hope I can make these short pieces worth watching.

Facinating to hear the stories and mythology about the Dodder. Thanks Michael for recording the vast knowledge that Christopher Moriarty had to share ❤️
Thanks, Codie. Sadly, quite a bit of material was lost during a hard drive failure. Ironically, it crashed while being backed up.
Thank you for sharing, Michael; found it very interesting.👍👍 It reminded me of my father-in-law sharing his story as a WW2 German POW with local grade school students studying WW2. For some reason, he shared very little of that time in his life with his family. I am honored that I was present at some of his remembrances. We shared a soldier bond, which is not understood by many non-service members.
Thanks, Hank, for watching and sharing your memories.
Great Video Michael ,a testament to your dear friend . Chistopher's Book is the only one I've ever used a highlighted marker on , especially the first chapters in Glenesmole.Thank you for sharing it.
Thanks, Jimmy. I'm delighted to know you use the book.
Thanks Michael. It's lovely to hear our mutual friend Christopher on a topic he knew oh so well...
Thanks for commenting, Adam. I'm delighted to say his family also liked the video which was important to me. Take care.
