hololive TOP 15 Most Subscribed 2017-2021【ホロライブ】 Screenshot as of 2021 Sep 08: files.catbox.moe/3tw3ix.png Notes: - Daily datapoints are only after January 2019, so the accuracy before then may be more rough. - Suisei was not officially part of hololive before 2019; she joined Cover's music label in May of that year before joining the main branch in December. - Miko did not officially debut until August 1, 2018.
Sora with the hard carry through the early days. The older gens slowly gaining more viewers from the hundreds to the tens of thousands. FBK becoming a viral meme. Korone and Miko being noticed in the west. By the time HoloEN came around, the brand was so popular with English speakers that they didn’t have to even try to become popular, but they did try anyways.
It's only about a subs on the youtube. JP's Hololive not focused on a entertainment content creating. They are Idols. Its means concerts, TV shows(for example Fubuki was invited as a guest on videogame tournament), radio, merch etc. But I am agree with you. I only found out about the Hololive after HoloEn debut
@@proxergo5456 They are technically idols, but in reality they are overall entertainers. In the animation series it is joked how they are more comedians than idols.
Unbelievable! A year ago, Pekora couldn't even reach 200k subs and now she's one of the most popular Vtubers. The same goes for other girls They really have come a long way to get here 😅

It's rare to see this type of video with Suisei appearing in 2018 since she joined Hololive later, wanted to see it
But for real tho, Gawr Gura with the underdog card pulled it off against her senpais.
Watch her pull it off with Kizuna Ai, becoming the biggest VTuber in terms of subs.
